Experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets! Our charming condo is located on the 3rd floor of the B Building in the resort and is only minutes away from the beach. The Village complex is nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach in 30A. Art heaven. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. There are many unique shops and local restaurants within walking distance.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests over the age of 9 to gain access to this area.

The Villages of South Walton offers guests conveniently located community pools (one seasonally heated). The pool area opens at 9am and closes at 10pm; the occupancy for the hot tub is 11. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours.

Amenity Wristbands: In the condo’s kitchen(ette), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (10 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband).

Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.

Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.

Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

As part of the Village of South Walton Beach condominium complex, this gorgeous 3BR/2BA third-floor unit has access to resort-style amenities, including a pool and a seasonal tram to the beach. Simply walk downstairs to rent bikes or browse the selection of quaint on-site boutiques and restaurants. Enjoy live music during the summer concert series. The Village is within walking distance of the Gulf and the happening communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Two full bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities. The luxurious master bedroom features a king bed and a 42” TV with Roku and a DVD player. The luxe ensuite master bathroom offers a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a 32” TV with Roku, while the third guest room provides a king bed and a 42” TV. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination and can be accessed from inside the second bedroom or from the hallway.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 7 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

An open living and dining spaces serve as the social heart of the home. Unwind on a plush sectional sofa in the living room and watch movies on the 55” TV. Kids of all ages will love spending fun nights “at home” playing games on the Nintendo Wii.

Black granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances gleam in the modern kitchen, where helpful tools include a full knife set, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table, or perch at the breakfast bar with seating for three.

Step out onto your private balcony to take in the view and enjoy the Gulf breeze. Dine alfresco at a table with seating for three or curl up with a good book on the comfy love seat. Your rental includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two vehicles in the complex lot. This third-floor unit is accessible via stairs or elevator.

Put the windows down and cruise along 30A, stopping at one of the five state parks or pulling off to take in stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Along the way, you’ll spy rare coastal dune lakes, only seen in a few places in the world.

Parking:

In regards to parking at the Village of South Walton, there are no parking passes needed at this property. Guests may park anywhere in the parking lot that is nearby the building where your vacation rental is located. While there are over 200 public parking spaces, they are first-come, first-served.

The best way to reach the vacation rental from Destin and Panama City Beach is Via Hwy 98. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza By The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).

At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left, turn left. Building B is the 2nd building on the left, just past the pools. You can park anywhere in the parking lot.

Please note: while all unit numbers are preceded by the letter B, that has no bearing on what building your condo is in. Please look carefully both at the address we provide for your vacation rental (found above) as well as the parking information shared with you in the Welcome Packet.

Highchair, crib, pack-and-play, bouncer, children's tents, and children's beach chairs are all available with this rental!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Spring Break with the kids

Clean and exactly as described. Loved the proximity to the beach. At night, we listened to live music coming from the green at Peddler’s Pavilion. Kids loved watching the huge tv in the living room. Master bathroom was large and easily accessible. Would highly recommend to other families.

Beautiful Place and Great Location

Fantastic condo in Seacrest. Fantastic location....over looking the little shops with live music every night that you can easily listen to from the balcony. Easy walk or tram ride to the beach. Condo itself was very, very nice. Easily fit our family of 6. Completely recommend.

Just a few days longer

We decided to extend our beach trip last minute but our current rental was full so we were thankful to find this one just down the road and were able to enjoy the beach a few days longer! This rental was lovely and the little community was so cute and fun as well! Our kids loved it!

Great condo and great location

The place was lovely and the location perfect. It was well decorated and just as pictured in the listing. We enjoyed the proximity to the restaurants and amenities just below the unit. The heated pool made swimming possible even though it was a chilly day. We would definitely go back.
