We extended our stay after visiting my sister who was renting a condo in Seacrest across the street. When we got to our condo we were disappointed in several things. The beds only being full and twin. Our top sheet was for a queen bed and the fitted would not stay on the bed. The bathroom having a pedistal sink was not condusive for getting ready. We had to buy hotpads so we could cook, they had an espresso maker but not a hotpad. We were given a sponge and 2 hand towels for dishes. We did purchase hot pads and dishrags, The freezer was froze up, we had to thaw that out for ice - we only used it for drinks not to fill up a cooler. There was condensation on the front of the refrigerator the whole time we were there. We bought food to cook out only to find out the grill didnt have a rack for the charcoal to sit on. Someone came to look at it but never brought one to us. The location was great for beach access and in walking distance to everything, My sisters condo was much more comfortable and user freindly than this one. We are coming for a month next year but wont be returning to this condo.

Great location!

It is a good place at a great location. The reason for 4 starts is that i think that both bedrooms could have king beds, also some of the furniture should be upgraded. Otherwise it had everything we needed for the few days we stayed.

Perfect location

Proximity to beach, seacrest village and Rosemary is excellent. Comfortable place with ea bedroom having there own bath! Needed a hairdryer and mgmt co delivered within :30 min! Would stay here again!!!

Great stay

Everything was great, you can’t beat the location to the beach and restaurants. I don’t understand why Rosemary beach doesn’t use recycle beans and it was an awful feeling to put all the plastic in the regular bin, hope the owners can make the difference in the community.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay and the property had a great layout and perfect location for our family. You are just steps away from the pool and beach and close enough to all of the restaurants and shops, but far enough away to hear the noise at night. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. The only downsides was that there was no king size bed and the house is a bit dated. But overall it was great!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We currently stayed with yall in Rosemary Beach. I called on the 2nd day to report the roaches, however they said they could send out pest control. I didnt know how it would work if they fogged the unit with all our stuff being present, therefore we lived with them. The last night there we left early due to the roaches in my daughters toiletry bag and her crying, due to it disappearing under her bed and she was not sleeping there another night. I would like to have a refund for at least the last night due to the circumstances. We only get one vacation a year and this was not part of our plan as it ruined our last day for vacation.

The location was absolutely perfect, we could easily walk to Alys or Rosemary for coffee, shopping and dinner. The walk to the beach was just down the sidewalk and around the corner . We loved the house, it was so clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This is our 4th year coming to 30a and we plan on staying here every year from now on. The management company was very quick to respond with any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Our Suncation

We loved the location of this property. It is easily within walking/biking distance to Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary town centers. Once we parked our car we only had to get it out once for the grocery. Our only disappointment was the inadequate beach space. While there is a private beach, it is blocked in on either side by cones and monitors. Half of the beach space is taken up by a private contractor which left little room. The first two days we had to put our chairs in the water. We love a crowd but this was too much! We would stay here again but not in a busy season because of the beach atmosphere.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the unit was not properly cleaned, floors had sand throughout the house and pots and pans had cooking oil and food particles left on it, kitchen items were scattered throughout the kitchen cabinets, front door needs maintenance, landscaping needs trimming, beach chairs (one was broken) and the others were not what is listed by owner in description, and lots of light bulbs need replacing. The furniture and mattresses need updating, stains on bedding.

Great location, a few criticisms

You could not ask for a better location than this. Very easy walk to pool, beach, shopping, bars, restaurants, etc... Three small critiques of the property....the front door lock did not work which was a little scary when we went to sleep at night (but the gated neighborhood is about as safe as you can get). Also, the TVs in the unit are comically small. Like, barely bigger than an ipad small. Remember that 1st batch of flat screen TVs back in the late 90s.....these are those TVs. Our kids got a big laugh from that. But, who comes to the beach to watch TV...go outside, hit the beach. The beach was more crowded than we are used to, but it was fine.

Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful - so close to the beach and yet still close enough to walk Seacrest & Rosemary beach for restaurants etc.The check in information sent via email was outdated in terms of lacking clear directions on how to find the property, how to collect the security pass to get your car past the security gate, where to find the lock box for the door key and the fact the pool access is no longer a code and you need the key fob from inside the property. All pretty frustrating after a 6 hour drive with 2 kids who were desperate to get out of the car and go for a swim.Once we were finally situated, no complaints at all regarding the property itself. Very clean, quiet and superb location.The beach chairs are very old and so are the boogie boards. We ended up renting chairs on the beach mainly due to the fact the open area on the beach is very limited and we were trying to social distance.Would rent again but strongly recommend the emailed instructions are updated.

Great Location, Unnecessary Issues

This unit is in a fantastic location. You're steps from the beach and easy walking distance from both Rosemary Beach & Alys. You cannot ask for a better spot. Unfortunately the management company kind of ruins it. They send you documents to sign, lots of emails and texts, so you'd think they have it together, but not so much. The instructions they give for accessing the property are incorrect. It is in a gated community and the code they sent didn't work so we had to get a very pleasant security guard to let us into the community. Once you enter the house there is a list of items that should be present & a document showing the price for replacing the items should you lose them. Half the items were missing and the other half were mislabeled (the "pool" fob was actually for the community front gate! and the pool doesn't use a fob, it uses a code which wasn't provided). Most importantly the supposed parking pass was missing and we yet again had to beg the security guard for help. We had to spend time on hold with the management company about parking and all the missing items. When we were attempting to check-out the instructions provided weren't correct so we had to call and wait on hold for the management company again to provide proper instructions. One of the downstairs patio doors wouldn't lock and all they would tell us "leave at your own risk". Fortunately they did fix it, but there was lots of unnecessary stress. I'd stay in the area again but with a different company.

Location is perfect! Easily walkable to multiple beach towns and steps to the beach. Would be nice to have some kitchen staples like salt/pepper and things for cooking, but otherwise an ideal property with plenty of outdoor space and charm. Renting from Baby Quip made our stay more convenient!

Reviewer Comments: I cannot say enough good things about the location in terms of safety, close to the beach and restaurants, and in a great community. Highly recommend if this is your priority.However - The unit could use some updating and not in terms of décor but functionality. The beds are not comfortable and the upstairs bed kept falling off the frame, the washing machine barely works (it runs but the clothes aren't really getting "clean") the kids room with bunk beds has a door to the balcony with no child lock on it - this was concerning being I have a 4 year old. I was aware the TV's were small based on previous reviewers but it seems sub-par in 2022 to not have Smart TV's with Netflix...etc. The kitchen supplies were lacking - no frying pan and limited pots and pans. We’ve been staying in this specific location the past 6 years in a row and have never had a unit come without beach toys/gear for our use. I know it’s not to be expected – it just seems like a simple amenity given it’s a beach cottage.As far as the management company goes I will say they were easy to get a hold of. We we’re instructed upon arrival that there was a pool key and a swipe card to obtain and it turns out the pool “key” doubles as the swipe cards for this community. Would have been nice to know so we didn’t have to stop by security to open the gate the first two days of our stay. The check-in instructions also mention a door code which was not applicable to our unit? Seems like simple updates to the check-in instructions would fix and confusion for future guests here.Overall the price was fair but comparing to the other 5 units in the same complex I have stayed at I would probably not stay here again.

Very comfortable- close to everything

The property was great- very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues and management company was very quick to respond and help. The kitchen was well equipped compared to other places I’ve stayed.
