A let down
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

It was okay but left a lot to be desired. The beach walk was 0.4 miles and the beach tram they advertised did not run the three days we were there due to intermittent rain so we were left dodging rain showers with beach bags, chairs and coolers of stuff to and from the condo. It was also very loud at night. The balconies are so close together you can hear everything and the walls were very thin. The overhead light did not work in main room so it was also pretty dark because they only had one small lamp in each room. I had to purchase a sound machine due to noise. The "private beach" was a very samll sliver of sand in between about 100 + charis you had to pay $45 a piece for a private beach so we were all stacked on top of each other. Also, the instructions for door, beach etc. was also not clear although they inundate you with information but are not good with practical logistics like beach transportation and where to park at the property. Overall, we were not happy with our stay and will not be returning. The company seemed very apathetic towards our concerns during our stay which made it even more frustrating. I've stayed in the area several times and never had a complaint about a property or company so it was just a bummer. Hope it gets better!
