Nestled on 5 acres of wooded land, this one-of-a-kind wooden cabin is a unique and serene retreat. The cabin's rustic charm is immediately apparent, with its weathered wood exterior and unique architecture resembling a bridge house. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The interior of the cabin is just as impressive as the exterior, with a vintage grand piano taking center stage in the spacious living area. The open-plan design of the cabin allows for seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for entertaining guests or spending time with loved ones.

The most magical retreat

Claire was wonderful. She has created a sanctuary for a little r & r. Your attention to detail for your guests is top notch. The local eateries are superior! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your home, we were blessed!

Excellent home!

The property is beautiful and the home is charming. All the provisions were great so only improvement to suggest would be brighter bulbs for those gray days. Some areas of the home felt very dark. Will be a true stunner when you finish updating!

Nature abounds

My husband and I rented Cross Creek house for our family Christmas. We drove from Florida and wanted a house for our family to gather on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. Claire was very easy to communicate with and made sure the house had a tree and some Christmas decorations to make our stay even more homey. We loved sitting at the kitchen table watching the birds and nature all around us. Beautiful land and we enjoyed the home thoroughly!

Cool house over the creek

I thought the concept of the house was awesome from first picture i saw. Plenty of space in and outside to feel like you have your own privacy, but things to do and food are literally 5-10 minutes away. Will definitely go again in warmer weather so we can enjoy the kayaks. Thanks to Claire for letting us use her home as ours.

Hello! I’ve been an Airbnb host since 2021. I'm a British ex pat an have lived here in the Columbus area since 2006. When I'm not hosting I'm weaving or camping with our 2 children, our 2 pups, a Norwegian Elk Hound (Raggy) and a Pomeranian (Rusty).

Be enchanted by the wild life Including over 23 species of birds spotted (Owls, Bald Eagles, Great Northern Blue Herons, Humming birds to name but a few), deer, fish, turtles and more. Pitch a tent, have a picnic on the gently rolling grassy acres and explore the woods to find the secret hide out. Be our guest in this cozy house surrounded by Sycamore, Black Walnut, Fir, Paw Paw and Buckeye trees.
