Charming house, completely renovated, ideal for a family or group of friends

We are renting out our country house, “La Corti.” Just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris. A peaceful retreat and charming home.
Sleeps 6 to 7 people, large heated pool (14x5), heated from mid-April to late September, 4,000 m² of grounds, basketball court, petanque court, and ping-pong table. Teak patio table and chairs, large umbrella, pool loungers, and garden chairs.
The house features 3 bedrooms with comfortable new 160x200 bedding, including 1 with an en suite bathroom and toilet, and another separate bathroom with a double shower and toilet. Large, fully equipped open-concept kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen appliances, all necessary accessories for cooking and baking...), with a central island. Cozy living room with two sofas and a beautiful fireplace, flat-screen TV with Netflix, Canal+, and Prime. Wi-Fi.
Services included in the rental: Beds made upon arrival. Towels provided. Firewood provided. BBQ gas cylinder provided. The house was completely renovated in 2021. It is very well-equipped and comfortable year-round.
A 12-minute drive from a large supermarket and the beautiful historic town center of Verneuil-sur-Avre, where you’ll find all the amenities you need. A 5-minute drive from Tillières-sur-Avre, where you’ll find a bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, and a convenience store.

Private cozy cottage feel

This house was very private and had a very cozy cottage feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped and was very spacious for me and my husband. it has a beautiful property and an unground pool which unfortunately it rained everyday so didn't get to enjoy it but would have been great if we could have. Has a basketball court and area to play a French ball game If in France again would stay here. There is a coccimarket close by for groceries and if need to exchange money like we did there is an outdoor atm close by at SG bank i would recommend this property. private with a bea

Belle maison normande avec grand terrain

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison, très bien pourvue. Bien que la communication auparavant ne marchait pas si bien, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement. La propriétaire donne le droit d'utiliser tous les aliments, en nous a offert une belle bouteille de vin, des madeleines et un pot de bonne confiture. Les couloirs sont un peu étroits, mais pour le reste la maison et le terrain offrent tout ce dont on a besoin. Sauf pour le soleil, qui n'était pas au rendez-vus - mais là on n'y peut rien. Finalement, je recommande vivement la petite boulangerie du village 'Au petit pain'- je n'ai jamais goûté de si bons croissants !
