Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service-October 31. Take advantage of our special discounted rates during our property improvements! Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. At least 1 pool will remain open during this time. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy!
Condo 4-702 is located in Tower 4 on the 7th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Everything about this property was wonderful! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The entire Long Beach complex is beautiful and well maintained. Communication was excellent!

PCB 4th of July

This condo was beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The view of the Emerald Coast was amazing and the water was so clear and calm. The smaller pool away from the main busier pool was very nice. Staff was cleaning every morning. Only suggestion would be a better mattress and pillows. But we had a wonderful stay.

Great Spot to get Away

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Panama n City Beach celebrating our anniversary. The condo was really nice, clean and the balcony was a favorite spot to watch the waves and see Dolphins. The host was very friendly and responded promptly if we had questions and to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would highly recommend! If we come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Serenity at the Beach

An absolutely serene place to unwind and relax...solo or no more than two. This condo inside and out is well maintained. This has decidedly been my go-to as a third time visitor. I was hoping the small but carefully decorated home-away-from-home's cleanliness and upkeep of the condo would be the same and I was pleasantly satisfied! Farah, the property host was and has always been very prompt and courteous each stay...thank you!
