Our condo was clean, had everything we needed plus extra touches like beach chairs, floats, etc. You can tell the owner tries to make their guests have everything they need. The only thing I would suggest is to replace the bedroom mattress. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had to leave one day early for personal reasons but we would definitely go back there again. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was very clean. Elevators were a bit of an issue as one out of 4 was not working so it would take a long time to grab an empty elevator.

So pleased you enjoyed the condo and all the extras we provide our guests. The east elevators are brand new so don't use the west elevators that haven't been done yet. We very much enjoyed our short stay here! The condo is immaculate & the communication with the host was excellent. We had cool, rainy weather much of the time & we realized when we got down there that our getaway coincided with Bike Week - so here is an endorsement for the fact that you can basically never leave this condo & still have a wonderful time! ;) A few highlights for me were the Starbucks downstairs & the location - being so close to Runaway Island & other restaurants we were able to take a 4 minute walk down the beach for great food & never get back in our truck till we checked out. Highly recommend!

The beach view of the condo was beautiful and unobstructed. Is located on the fourth floor. The patio made it comfortable to enjoy the beach without having to go down into the sand everyday. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. The resort location was great with restaurants near by and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to make a stay at home meal as well.I would highly recommend staying in this lovely place.

High rise one bedroom condo. Very nicely decorated on 4th floor of a Wyndam property. Used the beach every day. Did not use the pool but had drinks there a couple of times. Parking not as challenging as anticipated. Note, this isn't property related, but law enforcement was over the top and visible everywhere so beware when driving. PCB is nice but restaurant choices amounted to gastro pub and fried everything. I would definitely recommend staying with this unit. Owner was extremely responsive and made for easy stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our yearly anniversary trip. The room was wonderful and the resort was amazing. Only complaint we had is there is no ramp to the beach, its stairs to get down to the sand so it made it a little difficult. Weather was perfect for the week. I highly recommend staying here.

Condo was very clean. Had an issue with the dryer and was resolved quickly. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo was beautiful and clean and the view was amazing! It was so great to have all of the beach gear, towels, etc, all provided. We look forward to visiting Panama City Beach again and would definitely stay here again!

Communication was great, clear instructions for check-in and out and I appreciated the recommendations to drop off luggage and park! We had everything we needed in the room, which is a relief to have less to pack or knowing we have back up plans in place. We had a great time and would stay here again!
