Best Place EVER

Amazing location and a beautiful condo. The pool was heated and the condo is in great condition. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great Location

The location was exceptional, you are only steps from the pool, ocean or Flagler Ave. The Unit has been updated and maintained. The only item of concern is making sure there is adequate bath linens when a family of four are staying. We did reach out to maintenance for an issue and they were there the next day to fix it and were Very friendly.

Anniversary Weekend

This our second time at this specific property. Property grounds as well as the condo was very nice. Great view! No complaints from us, we will and have recommended to family and friends. Maybe next year an owner will support the Miracle League of Volusia with an auction donation. Thanks.

Great vacation spot!

Love Win-San! Great accommodations right on the ocean. Flagler Ave has so many bars , restaurants and shops. Love to just walk the beach! This is our 3rd year and plan on coming back to Win-San every year, thank you!!

The Perfect Spot!

Beautiful, clean condo right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the sunrise each morning. Flagler Ave is virtually across the street, yet its very quiet and insulated from the hustle and bustle from Flaglar traffic. Highly recommend this condo- the pool was clean and the grounds are well maintained. The laundry room is great to have on site. Can't wait to come back!

Great place to stay!

It is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! Walking distance to everything on Flagler. My only disappointment was that there was no hairdryer. I bought one and left there for you! We plan on returning!

Family Vacation at our regular vacation spot

The property is in a family friendly beach town. Location is great for walking to lots of restaurants and is right on the beach with a nice pool. We've been vacationing here for years and will happily continue to do so. The townhouse was clean with extras like dish soap, shampoo, body wash. Lots of comfy beds with plenty of towels and linens.Checkout is easy. Not alot of work requested. Just common coutesy things: like empty the trash, and run the dishwasher. We always try to leave it like we found it.

Wonderful Week!

We had the best week at Win San. They recovered quickly after hurricane Ian. The pool was clear, the beach access was handy. The unit was clean, we loved the new furniture in the living room. A closet with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and games. The king size bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to staying there again next year!

Great vacation spot!

Unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean. Flagler Ave was right around the corner with lots of options for dinner and drinks. We really enjoyed Ocean Breeze, Flagler Tavern and The Grille at Riverview. The beach was great! We love to walk and got lots of steps in. We would highly recommend Unit B 204 and Win San Condo for a great Florida vacation. We will be back soon!! Thank you!

Beautiful spot, and perfect location

The location was perfect, couldn't be more perfect, the property grounds were perfect as well. The unit itself was just lacking hospitality. Towels were very dingey old, and cheap. No TV, even though there is one. No coffee to get started. The deck chairs were dirty. Shower heads were very strong, very strong....it just lacked hospitality BUT over all clean, comfy, comfortable and I would come back.

Love the unit and the new furniture. The biggest downfall in this unit is the carpet upstairs it is extremely dirty and has an odor, I think this causes the entire unit to smell musty and moldy, would be so nice for cleanliness and allergies to have this replaced with the same flooring as downstairs. Would also be nice to someday replace the 2 twin beds with one bed being a double as seen in other units, since most people don't fit in twin beds. Thank you for allowing our input.

The best things about this unit are the view and the location. You really cannot get a better location in NSB. The opportunities here are that the linens/mattresses were very uncomfortable. The management was hard to get ahold of. I never could get the WIFI to work and it was very difficult to work from home while I was here and had to rely on my cell phone hotspot. The bathroom situation was a little weird. It would be nice if the bathroom was connected to the master. Having to share the upstairs bathroom with teenagers was not ideal. Overall, the unit was remodeled nicely and the location could not be beat. Thank you.

Bliss at the Beach

Overall, a very clean property and good communication with the owners. Walking distance to Flagler. Updated unit with nice decor. Missing a hairdryer and some of the furniture had seen better days. Otherwise, a nice unit and overall nice complex.
