This renovated former bakery is located just steps from the Gardes hill, the Cistercian Trappist Abbey of Notre-Dame des Gardes, and its shop where you'll find monastery products as well as some local specialties.

This village house features a bright 32 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, deep fryer, blender, raclette and fondue set, etc.) and a lounge area with a television. The two bedrooms face the street and each have storage space with wardrobes and shelves. The first bedroom can accommodate 3 people, with a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a single bed (90cm x 190cm). The second bedroom, designed for 2 people, has a double bed (160cm x 200cm). The bathroom, equipped with a double sink, offers a spacious shower, a bathtub, and storage units. A washing machine is also available.

In a quiet setting, the cottage benefits from an enclosed garden at the rear of the house with a view of the Mauges Mountains.

It is also 30 minutes from the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoological Park, which is certified by the LPO (Livestock and Animal Health Agency), the banks of the Loire River and its castles.
