古い復元されたstable舎に建てられたこのコテージには、快適な温度のために、太陽系を備えた大きなスイミングプールを見渡すテラスがあります。最大6名まで収容でき、レイヨンの中心部での家族の休日に理想的な場所です。
大きな絵の窓が広いリビングスペースからテラスへと続きます。スイミングプール（オーナーと共有）やサンラウンジャー、テラスでのバーベキューを楽しんだり、外で楽しい時間を過ごすことができます。内部では、gîteはすべてのモダンな快適さを提供します。

A lovely stay

An excellent Gite, within walking distance of a bar and winery and about 5 minutes from Thourace with it's butcher, baker and supermarket. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay in the Loire, this is for you.

Entspannte Tage im Loiretal

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit großem Aufenthaltsraum und Poolzugang. Die Eigentümer wohnen auf dem selben Grundstück und benutzen den Pool ebenfalls. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist eigentlich nur auf französisch möglich und wenig herzlich, beschränkt sich also auf das Wesentliche. Da wir aber die Eigentümer kaum gesehen haben, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wegen der Lage, dem Ambiente und der Umgebung (Weingüter) können wir das Haus dennoch ohne Weiteres empfehlen.

Rural Gite in Loire Valley

A wonderful property with everything that you need. Spotlessly clean throughout. Close to all the domaines/wine farms as well as chateaus and activities on Loire River. Secure garden that was great for our dog too. Thank you Marie for having us!

Fantastic pool and fabulous double height space gite

We had a super week staying in this lovely gite. The main part of the building is a double height volume with a fantastic exposed beam roof and mezzanine with day bed. The building is set in an area of more modern housing within a little village. Nearby are some interesting châteaux to visit. We also visited the pretty towns of Saumur and Angers and the caves at Mystère des faluns which were very good. There was enough to keep us busy for a week and, of course, there was the swimming pool which was lovely and clean and provided many hours of entertainment. We had a super time. Thank you for having us!

Simplicité à la campagne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, malgré une météo peu favorable la première semaine. Le gîte est correctement fourni en ustensiles, toutefois, nous regrettons le peu de place pour stocker des denrées alimentaires et autres ustensiles ramenés par nos soins. Il aurait été plus agréable d'avoir des murs moins chargés en livres afin de pouvoir avoir plus d'espace. Par temps de pluie, le lecteur DVD ne fonctionnait pas, dommage. L'accès à la propriété à partir du parking devrait être plus entretenu et refait, il y est compliqué de descendre ou monter avec une valise ou des courses. La piscine est très belle, toutefois, une pompe à chaleur aurait été la bienvenue car l'eau était souvent fraîche. En général, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour, nous aurions aimé avoir moins d'ustensiles et plus de propreté en général (le BBQ était vraiment sale avant notre utilisation, la piscine pas toujours nettoyée, pas mal de poussière dans la vaisselle et dans la maison). Madame Marie est une personne de très agréable et souriante, avec qui il est facile de discuter et de tisser des liens! Continuez comme ça!

Agréable gite et propriétaires sympas !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 2 couples avec chacun un enfant en bas âge. Le gite est charmant, spacieux et fonctionnel. La piscine est propre, les propriétaires très sympathiques. Notre seul regret a été qu'il n'y ait pas un petit terrain attenant à la terrasse, pour faire jouer les enfants en plein air dans un plus grand espace. Sinon tout était parfait.

A very fine place and pool

We stayed in a very fine place. It was cool in the place. We go to the oriëntal garden in Maulevrier at night and also daytime. We prefer daytime. You can run in the erea. There was a shopping mall at 7 minutes from our home. Thanks you Marie and Francoise for your hospitality Fam vd Post

Comme à la maison mais en mieux

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour . Le gîte est très bien équipé et spacieux Très belle piscine à disposition, terrasse agréable. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles pour partager leur connaissance de la région. Nous y retournerons sûrement .

THIS PROPERTY WAS 100% FIT FOR PURPOSE, NOT TOO OUT OF THE WAY BUT ENOUGH TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. LOVELY LITTLE PLACE WITH VERY NICE HOSTS WHO LET US GET ON WITH OUR HOLIDAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A SHORT BREAK FOR ANYONE FROM A COUPLE TO A LARGE FAMILY GROUP.

enjoyed our stay!

We stayed last week in this gite for one week. we were with 5 adults and one baby. The babybed was already installed when we arrived and the beds were made. The gite itself has enough space and is still cosy. The pool is a great advantage and we had it almost always to ourselves. During the summer nights it was 37 degrees so at night it could get hot inside the gite, so maybe in time airconditioning would be handy. You can go for a walk to the village and taste wine at the winegrower (a 5min walk). there are also tours in the neighbourhood that you can follow, or castles to visit. But when it is 37 degrees, nobody was willing to leave the pool. The owners are very friendly and helpfull, made great suggestions of restaurants and cities to visit. We will definitely go back!
