Sparkling clean, family friendly condo right on the water! Cedar Point View!

Our home is a 1500 sq ft condo in downtown Sandusky, OH - Close to restaurants, shopping, the islands, Cedar Point, and Sports Force. One block away from the Jet Express ferry!

Two bedrooms, two full baths, a full eat in kitchen, family room with loveseat and sofa, balcony overlooking Lake Erie & downtown. Queen size, King Koil, inflatable bed.

Washer/Dryer in the unit!

Guests also have access to the property’s pool, fitness facility, and outdoor grill.

This is not an investment property, it’s our home - we welcome you to be our guest!

* the bunk room does have a door - only the bedroom in the loft is open to the rest of the condo.
* both TVs are smart TVs with streaming ability, but no cable.

* Pack n Play, baby gates for stairs, and booster seat for kitchen table

Perfect Location

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, spent our weekend in Sandusky enjoying the Tommy Boy Festival! This was the perfect location to enjoy all the festivities. The condo, building and grounds were all VERY nice. We spent some time at the pool which was a nice large area with chairs, tables and umbrellas for families. We liked that the grounds were gated and the building was very secure. This unit was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the pier and lake. We would definitely return! The owners were excellent with communication. It was a great trip!

Super great place to stay!

This was an awesome location for a quick trip to Cedar Point!! It was clean and had all the amenities you could want. It has an amazing view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Being a young person, it was very easy to navigate the stair situation. I don’t know that my aging parents could handle it, but it’s an awesome spot for young families! Most important to me was safety- and I always felt VERY safe. The location is secure and there was never a moment I didn’t feel safe. Kristen was an excellent host and answered all my questions! Thank you for everything, and I can’t wait to come back.

Great Location to downtown

Right on the water front and in the action. Beautiful views of the bay and easy walking for all our meals. Would recommend for any family staying in the area

Excellent and comfortable stay in Sandusky Bay

We were in town to visit family over the 4th. This location was perfect and close to everything we wanted within walking distance downtown Sandusky and family. It was super cute and clean and very comfortable for our family of 4! The outdoor balcony area was a bonus so we could witness all the live music and entertainment at Jackson Pier from the comfort of our rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant

We were very happy with the condo. The owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond in supplying us with a coffee maker when the unit's was broken. Lovely having a washer and dryer, overall a great stay.

Sandusky on the Lake

Perfect location right on the lake. Condo was extremely clean, gorgeous & welcoming. Access & instructions were easy. I was in town to participate in the Ironman 70.3 The town was very supportive. Complimentary yoga class on the pier was wonderful. The pool was so nice. Highly recommended!

Perfect space for Family vacation

the Loft is so awesome, it gives you a little space to have as the parents, and kids enjoyed the double bunk! cool places to walk and take in the view!

Great location, great unit

The location was great, on the lake with a very nice pool. The unit was clean and had a spacious living area and adequate kitchen. The main bedroom was very nice and the second bedroom was adequate but interesting for adults as it could sleep 5 kids but only 3 adults and tricky for adults to maneuver bunk beds. Overall a great location and very nice unit. Thanks for a great stay.

Sundusky Eclipse Party

This condo was amazing. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were in town for the 2024 eclipse. The condo overlooked Jackson Street Pier so we were able to enjoy the live music right from the condo. We docked our boat at the Paper District Marina, right next door. Super convenient location, right downtown.

Lovely space, great location, all the amenities

The location is beautiful - right on the water, can see Cedar Point from the balcony (across the lake), decor is very nice and they offered to help ourselves to anything! The boys loved the 2 story loft, and probably wouldnt recommend for older folks. But if you are looking for a great, safe, cool place to stay in Sandusky - this is a great one!

Great location; cool industrial building

Located close to trendy restaurants and coffee places. Ferry to Cedar Point or islands right next to lofts. Unit has great views of Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Pool and hot tub were great. Owners instructions were fantastic and precise. Family of 5 stayed here. Loft was great for us and bunk bed and trundle bed for three daughters. Very clean and amenities were great as far as kuerig and pods as well as stocked kitchen.
