Le Bienveillant - T3 proche Jardin des Plantes
We propose to you to rent, in Nantes, this charming flat with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower, WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days
The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's garage and private car park.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the flat

Delightfully furnished and well equipped apartment in a modern block in an excellent area of Nantes, near the Jardin des Plantes, Nantes station and the main tram line. Everything was impeccable, with added bonus of a sunny terrace for breakfast or apéros. We had a lovely family stay.

Wir haben mit Bertille einen Termin vereinbart, sie war 5 Minuten eher da, hat uns alles erklärt. Super freundlicher Empfang, wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

La communication n'a pas été facile, personne difficilement joignable au téléphone, mails d'agence très formels.
A notre arrivé j'ai fait part de ma sensation de manque de chauffage, on m'a répondu que c'était normal. Bilan, première nuit sans chauffage avec 16° dans l'appart. Le lendemain, l'agence nous a livré des chauffages d'appoint, sans les brancher, bilan arrivée à l'appart après la journée de boulot à 22h, 16° dans l'appart.
J'avais prévenu à l'arrivée qu'on partirait un jour plus tôt. Entre ce départ anticipé et les 2 nuits au froid, j'aurais apprécié un geste commercial, il n'en fut rien.

🙂 Очень приятная, современная квартира. В пяти-семи минутах от основных достопримечательностей. Очень понравилось, что был бесплатный подземный паркинг.
🙁 Немного мягковаты матрасы на кроватях, но это лично на наш вкус."
