Known for its vineyards, local cuisine, and nature parks, Sonoma County (45 minutes from San Francisco) offers a wide array of activities for those looking to retreat from city life. World-class spas provide relaxation after a day of hiking in the Redwoods. A tour at a local winery is a must, followed by a farm-to-table dinner with local ingredients. While unwinding is certainly the attitude in Sonoma, activities like horseback riding, hot-air ballooning, and kayaking attract those looking for a little adventure. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The property was nicely located and convenient. The pictures of the house on the website did not really represent the actual condition of the house. Several amenities and features were outdated inside and did not accurately represent what we were paying for. Quite a few of the beds were outdated, and the mattress needed to be changed; the bed comfort was subpar. Especially on the second floor, particularly the bedroom on the left with the Queen bed. One side of the bed had a big dip, and you would sink it. Bathrooms have never been updated since the house was purchased. The access to the TV and internet was very difficult and not user-friendly at all. Where the pool table was located, the room was way too small, and we could not play properly as the queue stick kept hitting the wall. One of our guests wanted to play guitar, and there was a string missing..lastly, the ice maker from the fridge was not functional, and it would constantly make a terrible noise.

Clementine.
Eight college friends who met 60 years ago had a wonderful stay at the home. Very spacious with 6 bedrooms & very comfortable beds for everyone. The decor was fine but not nearly as nice as presented in the pictures. The yard & pool area was very nice. The kitchen was lacking many cooking & serving items. No pot holders, only two dish towels, no saran wrap, baggies, foil. All in all, a great place to stay for a large group.

Poor cleanliness and false description
Property was in a great location for us and a very nice neighbourhood however the description of the property was poor and the cleanliness was very poor. Rubbish left lying around by the pool area. All bikes but one broken. Table tennis table broken and house in need of a deep clean.

Overall a great stay - just a few issues
This house is great for large groups who don't mind sharing a bathroom (5 bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom). The location is excellent - lots of amenities close by and an easy drive over the hills to Calistoga. The living areas are bright and the kitchen and seating area plus the bonus room near the back porch were quite nice. Given the time of year we didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked lovely. We had a few issues while we were there - gas leaking from the key area to turn on the fireplace. It was disappointing that we couldn't use the fire place for our visit as the weather was cold and rainy. Also the showerhead broke on the first morning when someone tried to adjust it for their shower. Lastly, since there is only one thermostat control, it was either too cool in the downstairs bedroom, or too hot upstairs. For all of these issues, the property manager Stacy, responded quickly and was so friendly and nice. While they couldn't fix the gas leak while we were there, Stacy dropped off flowers, sparkling wine, chocolate, and popcorn which was appreciated. She also responded quickly to our call about the shower head and replaced it right away with one that worked the rest of the visit. Lastly, when we mentioned the temperature challenge, she was able to grab a space heater from her car which we set up in the downstairs bedroom to make that room comfortable enough for sleeping. Overall our visit was great - with just those few issues that were handled as well as could be.

Nice property!
We really enjoyed the home! 6 bedrooms in the home makes it really great for sleeping arrangements. The beds were very very comfortable and large! We had a wonderful time!
