Plaka Villas Naxos
Two bright, airy, cycladic inspired villas side by side with communicating
outdoor areas. Situated in a very peaceful area of Plaka alongside quaint churches. Aside from the 2 fully equip kitchen the villas are ideally designed for al fresco living with multiple verandahs, 2 swimming pools private for each villa. Together these home boast 7 bedrooms each with closet. Sleep 15. Stunning sea and mountain views. There are also single sofa beds. Each of the homes have comfortable outdoor furniture BBQs and jacuzzis.
Large doors and windows welcome the cool breeze and and invite the calming views of the surrounding countryside. An easy 8min walk to the famous beach of Plaka. Here there is also a bus stop or alternatively we recommend renting a car for ease of movement (8km to town 4km to the airport) and the flexibility to access the diverse villages and landmarks of the island.

The houses are clean, comfy, cute designs and well stocked with towels and kitchen things. Pool, outdoor space and landscaping is charming. The rooftop hot tub and views are epic! Great everyday details like a solid A/C, good working appliances, covered car parking, daily trash removal. Property is a 10min drive to my fav beach chairs with real umbrellas (Yucca) and high quality Neapolitan pizza (Caya Restaurant). 10min from the airport — which means this area is in the flight path but a small sacrifice for the great property and location. And 15min to Naxos town for my two favorite Greek meals (To Elliniko, Apostolis) and my fav cocktails & live music (Mbebka). We would all stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect house near the beach

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The property manager was very responsive and helped us with food, recommendations for restaurants, and communication chartering a boat for the day. Chantelle was lovely. Thank you.

A Memorable Getaway: Outstanding Host, Unforgettable Experience! Rating 5/5 Stars

Where do I even begin? Our recent stay at the Sofina and Matina villas on Naxos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the bittersweet moment we had to leave, everything was simply perfect. As seasoned travelers who have stayed in numerous vacation rentals, we can confidently say that Bob and Chantelle are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, the communication was seamless. We asked about availability of shovels and buckets for the children to use at the beach. When we arrived we found 2 new sets of shovels and buckets for the children. Chantelle met us at the airport and assisted us with our luggage. At the villas, she spent nearly an hour showing us on a map the best beaches, attractions, recommendations for restaurants and details of the villas. Her warm and welcoming nature instantly made us feel at ease, as if we were staying with a close friend. This VRBO is a true gem. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need, it exceeded our expectations. Maid service was provided each day. Every room was thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. perfect way to unwind and enjoy our time together as a family. The two well-maintained pools and hot tubs were an absolute treat, and we made cherished memories splashing around and enjoying the serene ambiance overlooking the South Aegean Sea.

A Magical Holiday

We stayed in two condos…the Matina and the Sofia…a short flat walk to Plaka Beach. There were 12 of us the entire 2 1/2 weeks from 13 - 77 yrs old. Because of Chantelle, the property manager, it was perfect. The kitchens easily accommodated large meal preparations. There is a clothes washer and drying racks in each unit. Every utensil is there. Loads of towels for the pools. The air conditioning was great but even better was the outdoor space. Chantelle helped me organize transportation to and from ferries, a lovely catered meal when we arrived, a cooking school for all of us, gave advice on scuba schools, water activities, etc. We had a great island tour in very comfortable bus. The cleaners came almost every day to tidy the kitchens and empty the trash. They also did a thorough cleaning twice a week changing linens etc. There was not one single thing we would change. We travel together every few years and this stay was the best! Naxos itself is a great island. Incredibly friendly people, lots to explore and amazing food.

Amazing location and home

Hi, we stayed at Villa Matina for 5 days, and it was delightful. We could walk to the beach or drive into town or explore the island with ease. When we returned, the Villa was so relaxing and well kept that it was a treat just to be on the patio. I highly recommend staying here!

Well equipped with the additions of private covered parking, private swimming pool and roof top jacuzzi. The home has panoramic views across to neighbouring Paros and to the village and mountains of Naxos. It is close to town but removed from the crowds. Perfectly located to base your explorations of the island. Enjoy the island life and the outdoors on the long summer days that Greece has to offer in the villa.
