This is a Disciples Village Dual Optional Home. Disciples Village 678 is the upper level of the home and features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Lower Level (Disciples Village 679) may be rented in conjunction with or separately from this home. When rented together, the home becomes a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home.
When entering the main home of Disciples Village 678, you are greeted with towering windows in your great room, overlooking the beautiful views of Boyne Mountain. The living room features a fireplace and gathering area for the whole family to enjoy. On the main floor you also have an updated kitchen, with everything you could need already provided. The master bedroom, with an ensuite, is also on the main floor and features a king bed. The guest bedroom on the main floor offers two queen beds and access to a 2nd full bathroom that is also convenient for other guests in the home.
Upstairs in the loft area you will find the third bedroom and third bathroom. This bedroom features two queen beds, allowing the home to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. Please note there is no washer or dryer available in this unit.
When rented with the lower unit (DV679) the home's occupancy limit expands to 12.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer's and skier's paradise, offering the top-rated skiing, snowboarding, and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing, and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals, and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a day trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

Excellent Condo in Boyne

We had a great time in the 3 bedroom condo in Boyne. The condo was clean, well stocked and the location was awesome. We plan to come back and use it in the winter for skiing.

Wonderful week at boyne

We had a great time at this condo! Even thought disciples lift was closed bc of lack of snow it was easy to walk over to slopeside and still ski down that way! Definitely a ski in and ski out property and walkable to village! We didn’t use our car the entire week. One note, there is no washer / dryer so be prepared if you were anticipating using one to dry your ski clothes! We used air vents in the home for gloves which sorta helped. Would stay here again for sure.

Lovely Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our group of 5, and we certainly could have had more people comfortable stay with us. The area and amenities were great. The only issue was noise from next door. The people sleeping in the loft could hear everything in our condo and the one next door, but I think we got unlucky with some very loud neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for any season to visit Boyne country!

The two condos we rented were of perfect size for our group! My only concern is there was a 🦝 raccoon in the area that kinda freaked us out because it wasn’t shy about visiting our decks? And our condo might need an appliance up grade, old refrigerator with broken door shelves caused us to loose some Bloody Mary garnishes as they came crashing to the floor opening the door of fridge!!ugh!! Otherwise perfect!

With 5 beds and a pull out sofa, we had plenty of sleeping room. (We didn’t need the pull out sleeper though) We had everything we needed and more! We also appreciated that the condo was super clean. This is our third time staying in a Disciple’s Ridge condo and we will be back. Thank you for taking care of all of our needs and providing your beautiful place!

The accommodations were nice however, the pictures did accurately show the main living room. The table and chairs took up most of the space. We had 6 adults and there were not enough “comfortable” seats for lounging around or watching TV. There were also only 4 chairs on the deck. Also, one bedroom did not have a TV and the other had one but was not hooked up to a cable box. Fortunately, we were busy most days and did not spend much time there. Was a great location for the activities we had planned.

Not the greatest of your units

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi all. Writing as a very happy longterm customer. 678 is in a great location, but it needs some attention. Upstairs bathtub does not hold water; there were fewer kitchen supplies than we are accustomed to; and, the overall unit feels tired and worn out. In addition -- this is not necessarily under your control -- but Boyne Resort's attention to property details reflects poorly on Northern Michigan Escapes even if it's something you are trying to address. Trash bins are impossible to access given the overflow; salting and plowing seems to be low priority

Disciples Ridge Unit #678

Condo was an excellent location to hop on the slope in about 20 steps and scooted right down to the Disciples Ridge Chairlift to easily go left to the faster chairlifts for more challenging runs or right for some easier runs. Great location and super easy to get back to even after the Disciples chairlift closes at 4:30pm. Condo was as stated in description except we didn't have access to the dryer to dry our apparel and no ice maker. Parking was a challenge too even though we obeyed the 2 car limit, other people from other condos did not. Constantly vying for a spot and anxiety every time we had to use the car. We had one issue with the toilet handle and Renee jumped on it quickly and had it fixed within a couple hours!! All in all, very satisfied with this unit and would book again in a heartbeat. Appreciated the customer service, the guest portal with all the information and the ease in booking.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic weekend at Boyne due in large part to this rental property. It's location right off or Easy Access slope made it super easy for both Skiers and Snowboarders to jump right on the slope and head for the chair lift. We fit eight of us comfortably and would definitely come back for our next trip to Boyne Mountain. When we first arrived we did struggle to find parking spots. The location comes with 2 spots per lodge but there are not designated spots and it is pretty much a free for all when it comes to parking. There were cars parked in the spots right by our lodge which was kind of annoying for unloading but manageable the rest of the weekend. That being said, the owner/manager was very responsive to text messages and helped explain the parking fiasco when we needed them. 10/10
