Our beach home boasts five spacious bedrooms and three and a half baths (bath count does not include a private exterior shower with hot and cold water). With ample room for guests Beached Wells is the perfect rental for anything from a beach vacation with your extended family to an action packed golf getaway. Contemporary comfort meets classic coastal elegance in our stunning oceanside home! Luxurious ceramic tile floors throughout all four stories becomes the perfect blend with nautical deco and the feel of the Southern Coast! We are super excited about the BRAND NEW addition to our property!!! We just added a GORGEOUS, PRIVATE 16’ x 44’ gunite, in ground, saltwater swimming pool with a large walk in tanning ledge. The pool and fencing was just recently completed in the Spring of 2022!

From the moment you arrive, Beached Wells is designed to make you feel as comfortable if not more comfortable than you do in your own home. The elevator allows for easy access to our multi-level home making it an ideal choice for groups traveling with elderly or special needs family members or friends. The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom was designed for handicapped accessibilities. It was designed with wider entry doors, a shower that you can roll right up to, a seat inside the shower, pull up bar , and detachable shower head for easy showering! The sleek full size kitchen comes complete with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a convenient kitchen island, and spacious custom cabinetry. Not to mention every kitchen accessory you could ever possibly need! From the spacious Master Bedrooms, guest can enjoy staring out at the endless views of the Atlantic. Each of our bedrooms offer direct access to a balcony. Each balcony is comfortably finished and offer the perfect setting for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. One of the best features of our home is it's central location. Christmas at the Beachouse

Beautiful location I would definitely reserve again.Only thing I fill the house needed was a hot tub that would have been a great addition for winter rentals.But this house has everything else needed and the elevator was a plus. Especially for the older members of the family.

A fantastic beach home!

This beach house was perfect for our small family wedding! There was plenty of living and outdoor space for all to enjoy. The elevator was perfect for the guests who needed it and helped bring up luggage. Kristen was a great host and extremely helpful and very responsive. Thank you for having a fantastic home in which we made memories!

Wonderful time

Great location, short walk to the beach. Kids LOVED the pool. It was nice to be able to watch them from the covered deck. Elevator was nice while loading/unloading. Property owner very responsive.

Perfect getaway

We were in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament with another family. We actually wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful house. The beach was walking distance. There were lots of restaurants within miles, food stores, and mini golf. We loved the huge refreshing pool. It was a perfect addition to this house. We definitely hope to stay again just without a baseball tournament so we can take full advantage of this wonderful house. The owner Kristin was amazing to work with and was available for any concerns or questions.

Best Beach House On The Block

Beautiful House, everything we had hoped for. Location location location!!!!! The house was well stocked with everything you might need, very clean and well taken care of. The only suggestion i would have is a bathroom closer to the pool area so that you dont have to track inside with little ones or for my handicap family memeber who was able to enjoy the amazing pool like the rest of us. The pools sundeck allowed handicap access where a normal pool would not have worked. Kristen was very helpful and quick reponse time. We would love to stay again.

Stayed here with 3 families for a cal Ripken baseball tournament. Could not have been better. The pool and deck were huge. The house was gorgeous and clean and the one block walk to the beach was so convenient. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to fix an issue with small issue with the dryer. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location and beautiful pool

What a great house to go away with large extended family. A super short walk to the beach and a fantastic large pool. The pool was so nice we spent more time there then the beach !!! The owner answered almost immediately with any questions we had. You won’t be disappointed staying here

Felt like home

Home is beautiful and we all felt right at home. Perfect home for multiple families. It was SO clean. The pool is *chefs kiss* it was beautifully done. Wired to be able to play music throughout the home was an Added bonus. Kristen was an awesome host. She was on top of everything. Little minor things that came up, she told me about them before they were even a thing and took care of it promptly. She was very responsive even before our actual reservation. Would definitely recommend. Just don’t book the week I want to go back 🤣

Great Beach Home

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach home. It is beautiful and so well taken care of. It is very close to beach access which made for an easy walk with all the beach gear. The pool was big and and the water was perfect. The owner was great to work with and very responsive!

Family vacation

Wonderful trip. House was great and as advertised. Excellent location, pool is wonderful, lots of space to spread out (especially with 4 or fewer kids), owners very responsive. Really no complaints at all.

Perfect house

This house was amazing - plenty of room for 12 people. Very conveniently located - near beach, grocery store, Barefoot Landing, and other fun things for everyone to do! We rented a golf cart which added to a fun week. Kristen is a great host with a wonderful vacation home. Being from Upstate NY, it was so fun for our grandchildren to be able to swim in the beautiful new pool and play in the sand on the beach in mid April. Everyone agreed it was our best family trip yet!

Myrtle beach vacation

This is a Beautiful property, but it’s unfortunate that I have to mention the issue we had with bugs and ants. On the day of arrival, I did reach out to the owner which “stated the property had been exterminated 2 weeks earlier” and offered to send out an exterminator. We took it upon ourselves to spray some bug spray with hopes that would help. During the last couple of days we continue to have the same issues, but didn’t reach back out since exterminating while on the property would have been a health risk for me and the kids. As I mentioned, beautiful property but wasn’t pleased with seeing bugs.

Pictures do not do justice

The pictures do not do justice for this property. This home is absolutely beautiful through out and the space seen in person can not be seen through the pictures. This home is very spacious throughout and the layout is well thought out as well. The handicap features are wonderful for someone who has physical disabilities, I personally liked this feature, as well as the elevator which made it easier moving throughout the home. The crows nest on the top floor is adorable and spacious for children, the only thing I would suggest possibly is a curtain for the doorwall area and maybe a chest drawer to help with some clothes storage. The owner is wonderful and quickly responds to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Beautiful Home

The entire family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with a short convenient walk to the beach. Minutes away from all the dining, activities and shopping. The home was fully stocked with all our needs making our stay comfortable and feel like home. Kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs we cooked several times in the home and on the grill. The owner was wonderful and super quick to respond to all our questions.

Home Away from Home

The hostess, Ms Kristen, is wonderful. She is thoughtful, accessible, personable & makes you feel right at home. (Kristen - thank again for all the tips on local things to do & see; they came in handy). Windy Hill is right out of a magazine; the perfect combination of class, elegance & function while also feeling welcoming & homey. Incredibly spacious, beautiful lighting, lovely decor, well-appointed throughout - the home is downright inspiring (we took some pictures & wrote down a few ideas w/the hopes of borrowing some of the design elements for our eventual retirement home). Great location. An easy 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the local Food Lion & CVS, less than 10 minutes to Barefoot Landing & roughly 25 minutes to Myrtle Beach proper. By the way, Kokopelli offers surfing lessons just a couple hundred yards up the beach from the 43 Ave S. public access - the instructor was great & kids had a blast! Thank you again to Kristen for a wonderful vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope return to Windy Hill again soon.

Highly recommended

I enjoyed our stay and Kristen went above and beyond with the amenities and extras. The location and views from the home are excellent for the area. Being available, and response time, if needed, was definitely comforting. I would recommend this home and return again because it provides and can accommodate the entire family of all ages.

Amazing place to stay!

We had 10 of us stay here and it was amazing!!! We can not say enough great things about it. What a gorgeous house and plenty of room for us all. Kristen was so quick to respond and so patient with all my silly questions. The house was well stocked with most things you would normally be required to bring other places. You can tell she really puts her heart and thoughts behind everything. It’s a close walk to the beach and super close to all the happenings going on in Myrtle. I would recommend this house 200% to anyone looking in the Myrtle Beach area. If our whole family goes back to Myrtle we will for sure book with them again!

Absolutely amazing!!

It was a beautiful house and lovely grounds. We had such an amazing time there. We played outside in the back yard and we all sat at the dinner table to eat. There was enough space to have your privacy yet come together as a family. The owner was so caring and amazing. She responded to us very quickly with any questions we have. You will not be disappointed with this property!!!
