If you're looking for comfort and first-class amenities during your Riviera Maya vacation, This Condo gives you the accommodation you need in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
This is a brand new building that offers modern comfort and features incredible extras such as a balcony with a nice view, a swimming pool and a sunroom for ideal relaxation. All units have a Washer and Dryer, dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV for quality indoor time. There's also a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine. Each unit has a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer, as well as towels and bed linen. Of course, free WiFi and free private parking on site are part of your experience. Included is a fitness center and a barbecue area.

Classy neighborhood.

The unit was just as shown on the listing. Plenty of storage, Great Terrace, beautiful building, accessible to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

New Grocery Next Door

We have stayed here before and loved that there was a big modern new grocery store open next door. Also a new condo going up up the other direction and was fascinating watching the workman.

Basic studio apartment.

This apartment would be good for a stay of just a few days, but over three weeks it got small. The kitchen was not adequately equipped for cooking. When we asked for several items, such as a steak knife, or a colander, we were told that these things were not provided. We also had to buy some containers to store leftover food. The mini fridge hardly held anything. It would also have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella. We also had to pay for the cleaning of the apartment midway through our stay. I feel that the apartment was overpriced. We have had larger apartments in the same building for the same price.

Vacaciones en Playa del Carmen!!

Muy buena ubicación !!! A una cuadra de la quinta avenida sin tanto ruido muy agradables el personal de el edificio… y muy buena comunicación con el arrendador!!
