With 28 m2, our modern concept studios are fully furnished and equipped. Included: Queen Size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, terrace, 55" 4K Smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with marble top, 11-foot refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, pans, crockery and cutlery, private bathroom with premium amenities, rain shower, dining room, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.

The building offers common areas such as rooftop, swimming pool, solarium, lounge bar, free parking, laundry station and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.
