Apartment #3 is downstairs and a very large house size unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room, dining and kitchen. A master ensuite bedroom has a queen/ or 2 single beds. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and second bathroom is in the hallway.
There is a patio at front and garden at back with a picnic table with access through kitchen door.
Free wi-fi, fans, meshed windows, grilled gates for security.
A laundry room inside apt 3 with indoor and
outdoor hanging lines.
No unregistered guests allowed in apt or overnighting.
There is a garden but NO pool. You can use some hotel pools such as Dover Beach Hotel once you buy drinks at the bar.
Both bedrooms have Aircons included in base rate but not discounted rate. You can get a discounted rate without Aircon.
Short walk to Maxwell main road for the bus. Short walk to Dover beach in St Lawrence Gap. Close to many beaches and supermarkets can deliver food ordered online in 24 hours.
No pets allowed.
