Apt #2 is upstairs on the left side, looking from the road. There is 1 bedroom with one king or 2 single beds. It has an Aircon and included in rate of 70 US.
A discounted rate if needed without Aircon. During the winter Dec- April, it is very breezy and cool and you don't need Aircon.
Fully furnished, free WiFi and equipped kitchen with fans. Meshed windows and grills on windows and exterior doors for better security.

A large private outdoor terrace for # 1 is
attached to relax, watch the sunset or gaze at the star.
Washing machine at back garden with hanging lines. Outdoor garden to sit and relax under the trees.
Please turn off washer to off position. Turn off water as well to hose.
No unregistered guests overnighting in apartments.
There is a garden but NO pool. You can use a hotel pool such as Dover Beach Hotel once you buy drinks at the pool bar.
Short walk to Maxwell main road to get public transport or mini vans.
