A magical stay

We stayed at this location for my son’s 21st birthday. It’s beautiful inside and has An outside balcony viewing the Folsom lake. We sadly can only stay one night, we wanted to stay longer, and we will definitely be back. The host was very welcoming and friendly!

Absolutely loved our stay! Close to water and all!! The shower handle is broken in one of the showers so we hadbto takr a bath

Shady Behavior

This Vrbo host took my money, knowing that my sister was flying in from out of state, and we were driving 3 hours to stay on the lake. He rented the place out from under us, without any email notification or phone call. So, we had to deal with contacting Vrbo for a refund and stayed in a motel. Reprehensible.

Unit B. Weird kitchen setup. Pictures on site are of unit A views, unit B bedrooms. Scary driveway.

The location and views are phenomenal. The house setup is questionable.

House on the lake

We enjoyed staying at this house at Lake Folsom for three weeks. Location to lake if fabulous. Enjoyed sitting on the porch for hours and watching horses, bikes and people walk by on the trail right outside the backyard. WIFI was great for those like me who can work remotely. Air Conditioner was very refreshing during the hot summer days. With the exception of the small kitchen and the noise factor from the renters on the top floor, our stay was outstanding. Will definitely will come back again.

Great view! Very relaxing.

If you like nice views and a breeze, this is the place for you! What a great place to relax. There is semi-private beach access so there was almost no one else around when we were at the water. There is limited parking at the site. If there is only one vehicle your fine but anything above that requires some coordination.
