In a quiet and very pleasant environment, we offer you this charming apartment on the Vilaine river bank, on the first floor over a courtyard, with a surface area of 20 m² and which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Dupont des Loges street is the main artery of "La Californie" district, located on the island between the two arms of the Vilaine river. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, markets of the hypercenter, the station...

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A kitchen with a dining area, equipped with: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A living room with a desk, a TV, a double bed (140×190) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace along the Vilaine river, in a green setting with furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the environment.

Nearby activities:
- Sporting activities: possibility of jogging along the towpath of the Vilaine, the Saint Georges swimming pool (classified as a historical monument) is also 5 minutes away.
- Cultural activities: concerts/shows: UBU, Liberté, Théâtre National de Bretagne, museums: Fine Arts, champs libres and 40Mcube museums, Cinema: Gaumont.

If you choose to come by car, you can park near the apartment.
