This house is available for a seasonal rental for a minimum period of three months plus. Renter information will be submitted to the HOA for approval .
House interior is a pleasing light beige (main rooms) and silver grey (bedrooms) . a few pics are pre- paint.
Master bed is a queen and guest bed is twin xl. There is a New sleeper sofa in living room. All kitchen equipment and dishes/utensils are provided.
Large enclosed porch is 11 x22 and has separate ac, french doors to exterior and very suitable for two work areas and reading area. There are two living room seating areas as well both front lr and side lr.
Shopping is very near by including Publix, Walmart , Detweilers and all else.
Closest beach is Manasota Beach followed by Venice beaches (Sharkys Pier, Service , Caspersons, Venice main). Downtown Englewood nearby as well. Come enjoy the great Florida winter weather..
