Spend time in the large Lanai enjoying the evening sky. Guests will find everything they need for a fantastic stay. The adorable property also features 2 bathrooms with a hair dryer provided. Two Beach Chairs and a Pack n Play available for your use during your stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in North Port. Super close to The Mineral Springs, Water Park, Beaches, Shopping,Restaurants etc.

Host was easy to reach if needed. Close to various beaches and restaurants. Enjoyed the lanai to unwind after a long day. Plenty of room for us and another couple.

We had an excellent stay at this property! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was obvious that Mark takes great pride in providing a quality experience for his guests, and we truly appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities throughout the stay.Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really made us feel at home. We also appreciated how welcoming and responsive Mark was during our visit.Whenever we stay at a VRBO, we always try to treat the property with the same care and respect as if it were our own home, and this place certainly deserved that level of appreciation.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already hoping it will be available again next month so we can return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay!

Amazing stay

My husband and me stayed here for a month. It was a great stay in a cute, quiet place, close to everything. The host was really responsive and nice.

We absolutely loved the location, size, & cleanliness of the house, which had just about everything that you would find in your own home. Mary & Mark are great! Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts, Mark and Mary were very responsive with details before we arrived. The home had everything we needed and is located in a good neighborhood. Recent bath and flooring renovations were a nice touch. The screened lanai was a perfect place to relax during the cooler times of the day. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very pleasant stay

House is located in the heart of Northport. Close to everything. Mineral lake (10 minutes), Gulf Beaches (30 minutes). House is remodeled and feels like new. Has everything you need (kitchen utensils, beach chairs). A/C is cold (but a little loud at night).

Wonderful Winter Get Away

We had a great 3 week stay at this home. It is well-located so that we were able to go on fishing charters, sight-see, go to the beach to fish and "shell", and shop (Bealls is just down the road). The home is well equipped with the necessary kitchen items (and all new appliances) to prepare meals and a nice lanai to relax with our morning coffee and evening drinks. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Our hosts checked in with us to see how things were going and if there were any concerns.

Thank you for your comments. Since we don't advertise as being handicap or senior assisted, we didn't feel the need to do so. It is also not required by code. Even hotels have only a few handicap designated rooms. Thank you for your suggestion. Thank you for staying at our home!
