ROARK HOUSE is a prohibition era, 3-bedroom (sleeps 8) home in Historic Downtown Branson Missouri. This home is extremely adorable, very fun and friendly. Immediately, you will feel as though you have come home to an old friend. It is uniquely charming and full of character both inside and out! This 1400 sf home is nestled on the bluffs overlooking a private lake and Roark Creek. You will find yourself "smack dab in the middle of it all", but feel as though you are completely removed.

Roark House features a large deck perfect for enjoying the sounds of nature and the beautiful Fall colors. A wonderful place to relax and unwind after a fun filled day in Branson.

Roark House has tons of character and is perfectly located! This property is the ideal base to explore Branson and all it has to offer. The Historic District is full of restaurants, cafés and shopping. Enjoy both day time recreation and a night out on the town. Just a short walk to the Branson Landing and lake Taneycomo, a short walk to historic downtown Branson shops, 5 minutes away from city parks/trails; Sunset Park, Alexander Park, North Beach Park, Stockstill Park & Trail and Roark Trail, and 2 minutes from the Hilton Convention Center.

Travel around the city is easy from here. Enjoy a FREE TROLLY pickup just steps from your front door to 6 different drop off/pick up locations in downtown. From here you can connect quickly and easily to both highway 76 and highway 65, as well as the red, blue, and yellow routes strategically located throughout Branson. The Branson Regional Airport is only a 17 minute drive away. Table Rock Lake, Bull Shoals Lake and Silver Dollar City are also only a short drive away.

At Roark House, you will find the ambiance very welcoming. Immediately you will feel right at home and comfortable— making for a tremendous stay in Branson!

Upon entering, you are greeted by an open and very spacious living quarters, a family size dining table that seats 8, a large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, a private seating area for that morning cup of coffee, a buffet for family dinners, and a beautiful old fireplace. It"s perfect for family togetherness… you will instantly be in love with your stay!

Just off to the right, you have a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers something different but equally special. In bedroom #2, you will instantly feel like you're at your favorite lake house. This bedroom is themed with rustic & fun hunting and fishing decor. Bedroom #3 has a "beachy" feel with warm coastal colors... very calm and relaxing. And on the left side of the large living quarters, you will find the master bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen. As you enter the master, you will enjoy the authenticity and feel like you’re stepping back in time. This 3 bedroom home is a sleep 8 (3 queen beds and if needed, 2 high quality and very comfortable fold out cots).

Some of the extras in the main bathroom include a claw foot tub, walk in shower, enclosed toilet room, built in ironing board, hair dryer and a washer/dryer.

The kitchen is cozy and fully furnished and equipped for your convenience.

We want you to make yourselves at home but please leave it as you saw it. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon checkout. Leave the beds unmade. Any dirty towels can be placed on the floor.
