Trophy Run is known for its Custom Adirondack style quality construction and upscale furnishings, containing only the best leather and solid wood furniture. River Trail Retreat is in a 42-acre resort nestled along the banks of the Midwest's premier trout fishing area of Lake Taneycomo. Accessible directly from the resort are over 13 miles of manicured hiking and biking trails along Table Rock Lake as well as Lake Taneycomo.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
MAIN FLOOR
* King bedroom with attached bathroom
* King bedroom with attached bathroom that also serves as guest bath
* Bunk room-4 twin bunks. Best suited for children as the majority of the space is bunk beds. (Please view photos to ensure this space will work for your needs).

Location and proximity to Branson attractions:
-15 minutes from most major attractions: Branson Landing, Silver Dollar City, theatres with live entertainment, Titanic Museum, Dolly Parton Stampede, and so many more.
-Less than a mile from the Showboat Branson Belle and Dewey Short Welcome Center, Moonshine Beach (seasonal mid-May to mid-September.)

49 hour getaway with family and a six mile race!

Love it. We have been staying with Beth for almost a decade now. She is a friend to my family, especially my mom, and always takes the best care of us. I constantly send people her way as her houses never disappoint.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at the RiverTrail Retreat.The big selling point is the personal hot tub and we have already booked our next stay! We love the location of this cabin and it is convenient for kids who like to be outdoors. The game room was fun for our kids 4 & 7 and very clean which we appreciate. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and kinda busted in on the gentleman who was cleaning but he was very nice about it and let us put our things inside as he finished which was very much appreciated! Points to note: The pool is freezing! Luckily this year it was 99 when we visited so it was OK. The man cleaning the pool told us there was a leak (which explained it) and that there was supposed to be a new pool which would be amazing! I don't know if that is true but I really hope it is.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

My family of four enjoyed all the fun Branson had to offer, but very much enjoyed always coming home to this quaint, wonderful cabin. The view of the lake from out the back porch was so wonderful. I could have just sat out there all day and would have been happy. Beth was wonderful to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful inside and out

Beautiful cabin with everything you could need. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the view from the porch was gorgeous. Would definitely return!

Weekend in Branson

We enjoyed a long weekend in Branson. This was a beautiful location, quiet. Beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo. It is a growing subdivision, so may be busier in the summer months, but it was very nice and quiet for us. The house is brand new, very clean and bright, beautiful big windows with a view of the lake. The kitchen was stocked nicely.

Perfect - Visiting Silver Dollar City

We had a great experience here! The property was clean and family friendly! We were there for fall break to visit Silver Dollar City and the location was perfect! Probably about 15 to 20 minutes to the park. The kids loved exploring the pond right out the back door and we loved sitting on the rocking chairs watching them! Thanks!

Cabin on the River

Very clean. Quiet. Excellent layout for families - bunk room at back of house for kiddos. Easy to get to Branson and marina from location. Kids loved catch and release pond. Private hot tub was excellent. Community pool is not heated and quite cold (even in 100 degree heat) because it is filled daily with a hose and probably our only slight negative of the whole stay. Game room was fun though. Would stay again. Host with excellent quick communication!

Outstanding property and location

We stay at a lot of VRBO properties and this one was one of our top 5. The location was great. Quiet overlook of Lake Taneycomo, where you can easily to and fish. Our unit was very clean, modern, and had just about everything we needed. It was obvious this owner takes great pride in their property unlike many of the other properties we stay and the description does nit match the photos. Not here, we had everything we needed and more. State Park Marina is 5 minute drive, Silver Dollar City 15-20 minutes, and the main strip in Branson just 15-20 minutes as well. Even with everything being so close, this property feels far away from the hussle and bustle of Branson. Lots to do around the property as well. We will be back. Great communication from the owner as well!

Perfect for outdoor family

We have stayed annual in the Branson ozark area for 10 years. This was the best house we’ve rented and are already planning to return. You could walk down to the river which the kids loved, the property was quiet, the home was clean. I will mention two slight comments that didn’t detract from our experience: - no serving bowls (again more for informational purposes) - the pool is almost fully shaded which meant the water was a bit chilly. Thankfully our personal hot tub was the perfect temperature! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Spring break

We enjoyed this cabin. The cabin was clean and updated. Hot tub was well cleaned. Beds were soft. My son enjoyed the ps5. Kitchen had all the things need for us to enjoy making our meals. Proximity to lake for fishing was nice, however difficult for older adults and young kids to access for fishing (it is a bunch of large rocks to climb around). The club house was fun to play some basketball, pool or foosball. There was no air hockey table as pictured. I have a four for check-in because no one was at the front office when we arrived nor the next day, however the owner is very responsive and kind. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Gorgeous View!!!

The house pretty and clean. It was perfect for our family. There were many other groups in the houses nearby, but we hardly saw or heard anyone. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come back here again!

Great fishing spot out your back door

We were at an even in Branson for my younger son and this was about 20 min drive, was great for my older son and husband to fish right out the back door in the mornings before his games. Was a quick and easy drive to Branson, the landing and top of the rock. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We even had a couple families over for a BBQ. Great spot, highly recommend

Great place to stay

Super place - clean, well equipped, and super comfortable beds. Very peaceful site (at least in the non-peak season) overlooking trout ponds and river. There was minor issue related to new construction (we were first people to stay in the unit) which the owner quickly resolved. Beth and owner were very responsive to our needs.

I started my business 13 years ago, doing just what you are doing--looking for that perfect spot for your vacation!! But, I had chosen the busiest week of the year, and couldn't find a place!! That's when I decided to buy my first rental home. My husband and I love the Branson area so much that we have continued to expand. We now own or manage 40+ properties spread out all over the Branson area!!.

I love my repeat guests who stay with me again and again, I have the wonderful privilege of working with amazing guests who visit Branson, Missouri!!

I would love to help you find the perfect spot. We have anywhere from a 3 bedroom to a 10-bedroom home, so we can accommodate most any size group. Some right across the street from each other, so can accommodate absolutely any size group!

I love it when I can meet a need that my guests ask for. And some of my guests want a place on Lake Taneycomo where they could go fishing and enjoy that part of Branson!! We now have it. I love that we can go right down into Taneycomo from the resort and fly fish right here on site!! Plus, we have community swimming pool, game room and hiking trails. This is a one-of-a-kind resort in Branson. We love the peaceful area too!
