The dining room table and breakfast bar feature plenty of seating for the whole group of 10 to sit down at the same time. The kitchen is a biggie, as you’d expect for a house that accommodates 10. You’ll find all the high-end appliances you’d expect in a modern home, so you can cook and clean for yourselves. And, of course, there are 2 coffee machines

- Bedrooms
This home has a super 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to choose from. Whoever gets to pick first has three master bedroom suites to choose from in the main building, each with its own bathroom . Every bedroom is spacious and features beautiful furniture and big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The other 2 casita bedrooms feature all king beds, perfect for families or groups of friends who require additional privacy any time during a stay.

- Relaxation
There’s a pool and a hot tub, so take your pick. Plus there is plenty of outdoor spaces to relax, such as lounge chairs, fire pit area, outdoor kitchen and sitting couches.

- Parking
There’s space here for 5 vehicles - 2 in the garage and another 3 on the driveway. Carpool is highly encouraged.
*Street parking is discouraged, as the HOA private security may issue citations if the vehicles are not parked facing the correct traffic direction.

* MAX 10 guests at anytime. No exceptions. Any visitors must be approved in writing and must leave by 9:30PM, with no exceptions.

If there are more than 10 guests without express written permission the min find is automatically $1000 and you will be made to leave, no refund. You must provide the names of each driver designated to each vehicle. Include make, model, and license plate of each of all the vehicles.
No trailers or oversized trucks and Sprinter vans or similar models are allowed. Per town of La Quinta and PGA West HOA rules please no outside music. Inside music cannot be heard outside. Minimum fine is automatically $1000

The pool heat is on demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. For stays October through April, keep in mind the desert gets cool at night. The pool heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 50's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. April- September we do not charge guests a pool heating fee like many properties unless our guests wish to heat the pool over 12+ hours/ day. If you wish to heat the pool more than 12 hours per day or above 83 degrees an extra $95/day fee applies. We can control the heat remotely and we are happy to assist if needed to start heating it in the AM if you know what time you want it warm.
