This spotless, 27th-floor condo at The Oasis (formerly Phoenix West II) gives you ocean views from your private balcony, direct beach access, and the resort amenities families love: 4 pools, a lazy river, waterslide, splash pad, and adult-only pool.

THE SPACE

This 1,958 sq. ft. condo sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Master Suite: King bed with ocean views, ensuite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and dual showers, large HDTV.

Second Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom (tub and shower combo), large HDTV.

Bunk Room: 2 Queen beds + 2 Twin bunk beds (sleeps 6), ensuite bathroom, large HDTV. This room is a family favorite.

Fourth Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower, plus in-unit washer and dryer.

Living Area: Open-concept living room with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing ocean views. Upgraded wrap-around couch, spinning rockers, and large HDTV with 200+ satellite channels.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with granite countertops, premium appliances including Keurig, drip coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot, blender, and all the cookware you need. Dining table seats 8, bar area seats 4. Wet bar with beverage cooler included.

Balcony: Your 27th-floor private balcony offers stunning ocean views - perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Check-In: 4 PM standard check-in (3 PM for direct bookings)

Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle and must be purchased directly at the HOA desk in the lobby.

Rental Agreement: Must be signed with photo ID uploaded within 72 hours of booking.

Security Deposit: $250 hold released 5 days after departure (pending no damages).


SEASONAL MAINTENANCE NOTICE

The Oasis at Orange Beach performs routine maintenance from late fall through winter (typically November - February). During this time, some amenities may be temporarily closed for repairs or seasonal upkeep. The indoor pool is typically open for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. This is standard for Gulf Shores and Orange Beach resorts, and the host has no control over these schedules.

Everything was great

This property exceeded our expectations. Being on the 27 floor, it was away from the every day noise of the pool and bar. It was easy to get in and out of the property. The views were great. The apartment just enough furniture as not to be crowded. One of the bedrooms has a "bunk bed" set up that the kids loved. We enjoyed the place.

Family Getaway

There is something for everyone. Very comfortable and the owner provided items for our use that most places don’t provide. We loved the adults only pool and the kids loved the splash pad. We all enjoyed the lazy river! It’s close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches.

We had a great time at a great condo!

Wow! The Bluebird at Orange Beach has it all. Great views, beautifully appointed and maintained, and more extras than you would ever expect. All kinds of beach toys and chairs with plenty of beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances and accessories that you would ever expect. Melissa was a great host and responded quickly to any questions that we had about the property. Overall we had a great time and we look forward to rebooking next year.

My family had a wonderful stay at The Bluebird at OBA. This condo was stocked with absolutely everything you need for a great vacation! The owner has gone out of her way to make guests truly feel at home and welcome. She was also super responsive and accommodating during our stay. We would definitely stay here again :)

This was truly the nicest condo and facility we have ever stayed in! It was extremely clean and so conveniently located! Our family LOVED the beautiful beach, the pool andazy river and my kids went down the water slide about 1,000 times! Haha Absolutely will look here again for future beach trips!

Great condo, great host!

Staying at the Bluebird OBA was like staying at a friend’s house. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure everything was just right—which it was! It was the cleanest condo I have stayed at in quite some time. It was stocked with so many extras that usually aren’t provided with condo rentals. We will book this condo again on our next trip!

This unit has been beautifully updated and is quite well cared for. Perfect Stay

My stay was relaxing and peaceful while I visited my grandmother in hospice. Your home is beautifully decorated and stocked intuitively. The views are breathtaking, I saw dolphins many days. The bed was completely comfortable. I had some warm sunny days, even in November and some peaceful rainy days on the balcony. The hot tub was relaxing and excellent gym and sauna. This really was an amazing stay, and I will refer my friends and family to you. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home and I hope to return in the off season again.

UNFORGETTABLE STAY

Let me start by saying Melissa was and AMAZING host! She really does go above and beyond to make sure the unit clean, fully stocked, and perfect! From the minute we walked in everything was just great. The u it was so accommodating for our family and needs. Amazing Stay!

Pictures do not do this location justice. We had a fantastic stay! Melissa is extremely helpful and quick with her communication. She has thought of every last detail to make your stay enjoyable. Not having to pack shampoo/conditioner/detergent/dishwashing detergent etc was a life saver. The condo has gorgeous views, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The building has ample elevators and all the amenities you would need. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful unit

We always stay at Phoenix West II, and this unit was the most accomodating. It was decorated beautifully and clean. My kids loved the bunks, it was helpful having all the seasonings and other cooking supplies I needed, and tons of beach toys! It was also convenient that it was stocked with laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. The less I have to bring the better!

Fabulous property!!

This beautiful condo impressed us from the very beginning! Extremely clean, the decor is gorgeous and Melissa responded immediately to any of our questions. We didn't have the best weather, but Melissa gave input on great places to take our kids until the rain cleared up. We had 7 kids ranging from 3 to 10, and the bunk bed room worked perfectly! The condo building and property was incredible as well. Clean, white sand with tons of seashells for the kids to collect. Overall, we would give it 10 stars instead of 5 :)

Outstanding visit with great and grand children.

This is our third visit to this property. We were so pleasantly surprised to find the property feels as new as our first visit. We were so excited. In other vacations trips to properties that we enjoyed, there was always signs of wear and age at those units. Not at this one! Everything was fresh, the walls unmarked, everything worked, appliances were clean. What a great feel to this property. All the little amenities, k-cups, laundry supplies, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner. Wow! We caught great weather and had a ball.

Winter Getaway

We had an excellent time during our two week stay (January 2024) at the Bluebird OBA. The condo is exactly as described and the views from inside and on the balcony are better than pictures can portray. The amenities provided were generous and definitely let you start your vacation when you arrive. The layout of the condo was nice with a large common area and the three large bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for our group. Melissa’s (owner) instructions for check-in were great and the process went quickly and smoothly. The Phoenix West 2 facility was under some upgrade construction, but it did not cause any noise issues or problems with any of the other facilities. Melissa was great to work with and always responsive. She provided a good amount of information and recommendations prior to our arrival and quickly answered any questions we had before and during our stay. Would definitely stay at the Bluebird again.

Wonderful Condo

Our condo was absolutely beautiful and everything that we could possibly need. We were a little disappointed in the fact that the Phoenix West 2's slide wasn't operable and was out of order the whole time we were there. That was a huge plus in staying there with our children. The outdoor pool was also closed the first 2 days that we were there. One of the 4 hot tubs was out of order while we were there, and the pool wasn't heated on the inside the first two days we were there. Obviously, this had nothing to do with the owner of the condo. The condo was perfect, but we paid a little more during this time of the year because we thought all of those options would help seeing as how it was pretty chilly during March.

First time traveling as a family of five

We love the proximity to the beach and the ability to rent the lounge chairs for the week although it was pretty expensive about $250 for a pair of chairs. We loved the big balcony and how when you were out there it was just as enjoyable as being on the beach. The place was cutely decorated and spacious. Drawbacks were waiting for the elevators and the plastic covers on the pillows and mattresses. I guess they’re for water resistant stuff but all in all we really liked your stay and appreciated how stocked their place was with everything we needed . Also, disappointing was the lack of common spaces and how most things were poorly decorated in the common spaces. We wanted to play ping pong, but it look like a jail cell in there a little bit odd also one note for the host is, if the cleaning people could really mop the floor it seems clean, but it wasn’t like actually cleaned with a mop, there just wasn’t dirt, so it was broomed, but not mopped

Beautiful Condo!

The property was amazing and is right on the beach. Full access, easy to get items to/from car at check in/out. Stores were easy access as well as the parking garage. Everything was spacious. The condo was very beautiful. It helped that there were cooking utensils and seasoning for us to use. Thank you for that! We cooked every night. It was a pleasant and beautiful vacation. My only complaint would be the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and when I brought that up to the owner she said she couldn’t fix it until after checkout (which I feel should have been checked BEFORE we checked in). Eventually, I figured out that the previous tenants had switched TVs out the rooms and left some of the connectors in the other room. That problem was solved. Also, the refrigerator may need to be replaced soon because it takes a while for it to cool. When you rent, put your drinks in the bar cooler so they’ll stay cold. Other than that, we had a great time!

This unit has everything you want for a beach vacation! Melissa has thought of everything and has gone to great lengths to stock the unit with all you need - shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper & paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, several beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach toys and more. I think you could forget everything but your swimsuit and be ok! The decor is absolutely beautiful. Cannot beat the ocean views! The blue color-way throughout the unit is so aesthetically pleasing! Huge perks of being at The Oasis is the lazy river, multiple pools (family-friendly outdoor, adults only outdoor and an indoor pool), and of course being right on the beach. The Oasis is in a great location, within a 10-15 min drive are multiple restaurant & entertainment options (GTs on the Bay is our favorite dinner spot! Get the shrimp and grits and thank me later.) Melissa was very communicative from start to finish, always very professional and customer-service oriented. Only negatives: It’s a very large condo and is very busy. Took a little time at the elevators during peak hours but really was not that bad. Longest we waited was maybe 10-15 minutes at 5pm. Hot tubs fill up quickly at night (there are 4 on the main level and additional adult-only hot tubs on another floor but we didn’t have access to that; if we did, we didn’t know the code.) Finding open parking after getting back from dinner is a booger, but again not that bad. Getting a prime beach-front spot on the beach is not a given unless you purchase chairs or set up at 5-6am. We did not purchase chairs but were able to walk down a bit and snag a spot we enjoyed right behind the row of paid chairs. We have already recommended this place to family & friends and we definitely hope to be back!

LOVED our stay!

Melissa is a great host! I don’t normally write a review, but this condo was so top notch that I felt compelled to do so. We were here with another family and 5 teenage boys that just graduated high school. The bunk room could not have been more perfect for those boys. CLEAN The other adults parents that we went with summed up the cleanliness in one statement one morning. She said, “I brought my wipes to clean stuff as I used it. This is the cleanest condo that I’ve ever stayed in.” WELL STOCKED Melissa had Black Rifle K-cup coffee pods and Black Rifle coffee to choose from. She also had beach chairs as well as some beach toys and towels. Resort The lazy River was popular with our group. It’s also nice that there is a short term storage area on the first floor so you don’t have to take your beach stuff up every day. The adult pool is nice to get away to. The option of the cafe is very nice, if you chose not to pack a beach lunch that day. The pickball area is a nice addition as well. I highly recommend this Phoenix complex and Melissa will make sure to pamper you in The Bluebird OBA. We are already discussing our next trip back.

Winter Getaway

We had an excellent time during our two week stay (January 2024) at the Bluebird OBA. The condo is exactly as described and the views from inside and on the balcony are better than pictures can portray. The amenities provided were generous and definitely let you start your vacation when you arrive. The layout of the condo was nice with a large common area and the three large bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for our group. Melissa’s (owner) instructions for check-in were great and the process went quickly and smoothly. The Phoenix West 2 facility was under some upgrade construction, but it did not cause any noise issues or problems with any of the other facilities. Melissa was great to work with and always responsive. She provided a good amount of information and recommendations prior to our arrival and quickly answered any questions we had before and during our stay. Would definitely stay at the Bluebird again.
