Schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage und unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Den Strand erreicht man vom Garten aus mittels eines kleinen Fußmarsches durch den Wald. Wir haben hier einen tollen Familienurlaub verbracht.

Sehr schön. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach La Tranche. Die Lage und das Haus sind super. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und bei Fragen gut zu erreichen.

Lovely house and location

We had a great stay in this lovely house, only a few minutes walk through the forest to our favourite beach. Daniel was quick to respond to any queries and we would happily stay here again.

Maison agréable proche mer

Maison conforme à l'annonce, proche de la mer à pied. Propriétaire très réactif au niveau de la communication. Procédures d'arrivée et de départ très claires et sans encombre. La maison est très bien équipée.

A lovely house close to the beach

This is a lovely house a few minutes walk from the beach, with a beautiful interior and really nice outside space. I've been coming to La Tranche on and off for 35 years and we spent a fantastic week here. The owner was friendly and very helpful and the house had everything we needed for a great holiday.

Très bel endroit agréable et au calme

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. Le jardin et le patio sont très sympas. Très bien placée pour aller à la plage du corps de garde à pieds en 5 minutes, il faut environ 10 à 15 minutes en vélo pour aller en ville et cela se fait très bien. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été facile, et ce dernier est très réactif. Merci pour ce séjour des plus agréables !

Lovely property near the sea.

Lovely property in a perfect location. Excellent living/dining/kitchen area.Bedrooms ok a bit basic.Lovely outside area and a short distance to the beach through the woods.The steps from the property to the woods are quite difficult and not easy to negotiate. We had a lovely holiday and there was plenty of equipment in the property.Would stay again very tranquil.

Un superbe week-end entre amis dans un cadre très agréable ! La maison est top , très bien équipée et située à quelques pas de la plage. Nous reviendrons très probablement car rares sont les locations si bien pensées !

Tout était parfait.

Nous étions 8 adultes le temps d'un week end prolongé. La maison est super agréable, avec un emplacement idéal. Elle est très bien équipée (que ce soit dans la cuisine, c'est d'ailleurs rare de trouver une maison pour 8 bien équipée à ce niveau..) ou pour les extérieurs : barbecue, brasero, vélos, salon de jardin, transat...). Le préau sur la terrasse était un impératif pour nous. Nous avons l'habitude de venir sur la côte à cette période et nous avons très souvent de la pluie. Grand soleil cette fois, mais le préau à été très utile quand même pour les soirées un peu fraîches ! Un petit sentier à travers la pinède permet de rejoindre la plage en 3 min à pieds. Le centre ville est à moins de 10min en vélo. Le maison était très propre, les 3 chambres sont impeccables. Comme beaucoup de maisons, l'isolation phonique est par contre très légère. Mais c'était un détail pour nous. Le propriétaire a prit le temps de répondre à tous mes messages, et très rapidement. Merci encore pour les petites attentions de bienvenue. Tout était parfait pour nous. Merci !
