For rent House of 72m², recently renovated on enclosed land located in La Terrière composed of an open kitchen with combined refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven, induction hob, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, fryer, raclette machine, central island, 4 stools.<br>Bottom of drawer (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filter, herbs, ......)<br>Dining room-living room, (33m2) composed of a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, 1 large table for 6 people, 1 low sideboard, 1 pellet stove, electric radiators, all of 28m².<br> 3 bedrooms, (9 -9.7 and 9.6m2), bedroom 1 equipped with a 160 cm bed + cupboard + fan, bedroom 2 equipped with a 140 cm bed + cupboard + fan, bedroom 3 equipped with a 140 cm mezzanine bed and a 140 cm sofa bed + wardrobe.<br>1 bathroom with shower + washing machine (4 m2), 1 separate toilet.<br>Wifi.<br>Outside: totally enclosed land out of sight, 1 terrace in front of the house of 25 m² equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, with garden furniture in woven resin, large aluminum table and its 8 chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, plancha, 4 adult bikes (2 mountain bikes and 2 cities for people from 1.50m). Numerous outbuildings at the back.<br>Outdoor solar shower for rinsing off after the beach.<br>Outbuilding of 10 m² with Bonzini table football.<br>The beach is 15 minutes away on foot and 5 by bike. Several accesses to access it, either by road or by a path in the woods behind the house. <br>Numerous surf lessons and equipment rental.<br>City center 20 minutes by bike.<br>Tobacco bar, bakery, hotel restaurant in the centre of La Terrière at 400 m. Super U at La Tranche at 5 minutes by car.<br>Pets not allowed.<br>Free shuttles 100 m from the house take you to the beaches and the town centre.<br>Key boxes to access the accommodation. The accommodation must be clean when you leave. For July/August only bookings of 7 days are preferred from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us before if less than 7 days.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und umfassend ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances avec notre petite fille 14 ans qui à fait un stage de surf à l' école de koa surf sur la plage de la Terriére elle à adorée.Visite de la Rochelle, des Sables d 'Olonne .

Jolie maison de bord de mer

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette jolie maison. Elle est bien agencée, il ne manque rien. L'extérieur est également bien pensé.L'emplacement est idéal.Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Super location !

Très jolie rénovation. Maison spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Emplacement top, nous allions chaque jour dans le centre bourg et à la plage à pied. Relation avec les propriétaires très agréable. Une bouteille de bienvenue à notre arrivée 😊

Super séjour à la Terrière

Nous avons passé un agréable moment à la Tranche, l'emplacement de la maison est pratique . Puis son style typiquement vendéen nous a dépaysé. La maison était très propre et bien équipée. Le fait qu'il y ai sur place les ballons, le baby-foot, sac à dos, les planches de body et surtout les vélos nous a comblé ! Merci à Philippe qui a été disponible et sympathique .
