Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and worked well for our family. We loved our time at Crab Island and enjoyed walking around HarborWalk Village. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we made great memories and would definitely recommend this condo to others visiting Destin!

The condo was very pretty but as we stayed we noticed more and more unclean things. Not sure if it just needs a deep cleaning or if there was a hiccup in the cleaning prior to us.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the condo beautiful and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities, and we are proud that so many of our previous guests have consistently commented on how clean and well-maintained the condo is. Because your stay was for an entire week, I reached out several times before your arrival and during your stay to ensure everything was meeting your expectations and to promptly address any concerns. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication regarding cleanliness or any other issues while you were at the property. Had I been made aware of any concerns during your stay, I would have immediately arranged for our housekeeping team to return and resolve them. We value all feedback and have shared your comments with our cleaning team while also conducting an additional inspection to ensure our high standards continue to be met. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.

The host is amazing, and the unit itself was wonderful. It was as equipped with everything we needed and then some! Short walk to the beach, nice pool, and the gym was great. Downside for us was the bar/restaurant downstairs and the service there. Upon going down for a drink, the server hit her vape pen then took my order, my drink was made wrong (I ordered a Paloma and they made a Mojito) and it tasted horrible. The food was subpar, and the atmosphere itself was on the dirty side. In addition, the main pool is not heated and it was freezing, so just be aware in case that matters to you or your kids.

Thank you so much for your kind words about our unit. I’m really glad you enjoyed the space, amenities, and proximity to the beach! It means a lot to hear that it had everything you needed for your stay. I truly appreciate you also sharing your experience with the bar/restaurant and pool. I’m sorry to hear it didn’t meet expectations. While the restaurant and its staff are independently operated and not managed by us, I will absolutely pass along your feedback, as that’s not the level of cleanliness or service anyone should experience. Regarding the pool, thank you for mentioning that as well. The main pool is not heated, but there is also a separate heated pool on the property that guests are welcome to use. I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear during your stay. We really appreciate your honest feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience.

Check in was seamless easy parking was free. The only thing i felt was the sheets are old. The difference if you compare to hotel are there in terms of service but still I would rate this place a 5 star as place is good and host was vety promt abd responsive. Thanks for having us.
