Renovated in 2022, it is composed of a room serving as a living room, dining room and open fitted kitchen.

A bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people.
In the living room, a sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm wide)

1 bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

EQUIPMENT:

You will find all the necessary kitchen and crockery equipment.

Free WIFI and TV available.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION:

The accommodations are ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the sea (8 minutes walk), the great beaches of the Opal Coast and the magnificent sand dunes that stretch for several kilometers.

Lovers of hiking (by bike or on foot) will be enchanted by the many circuits that run through magnificent landscapes.

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit schönem, privaten Garten. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit dort!

Für mich als Alleinreisenden hat das kleine Häuschen sehr gut gepasst. Besonders die ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage waren für mich ein großer Pluspunkt. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ca. 8 min zum Strand habe ich 10 min gebraucht.Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen war es im Haus stets angenehm. In Frankreich offenbar üblich man muss Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen. Mir wurde bei der Bettwäsche aber ausgeholfen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte tatsächlich teilweise etwas modernisiert werden. Die technischen Geräte waren aber alle neuwertig.

Goede ligging, niet heel gezellig

Alles was aanwezig voor twee personen. De inrichting is erg kaal en is nogal sfeerloos. Mooie badkamer. Met vier personen lijkt me erg krap.

Leuke vergrootte studio. Mooie keuken en badkamer. Keukenuitrusting, vooral glazen en pannen mag wel wat completer. Verder miste wij een boek met info. Noodnummers, adressen dokter, tandarts, etc. Evt.aangevuld met wat lokale info (vvv,bakker,supermarkt, etc.) en gebruiksaanwijzingen TV, Kooktoestel, (vaat)wasmachine. Verder lekker verblijf

Trop bien !

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la forêt, deux pas et demi du centre ville et trois de la plage… Nous nous sommes promenés tous les jours avec un moyenne de10km / jour ! Quant au deux pièces, eh bien : il est est nickel et comme il est entouré d'un grand jardin à l'abri des regards, rien d'autre à ajouter que trop bien ! Nous reviendrons.
