Brand new listing !! 5 Queen beds in this home with a beautiful kitchen, dining room with access to a large deck, families room, 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 2 more queen beds downstairs with another living room and walk out to fenced back yard with basketball hoop. Central A/C.

New bedroom furniture and mattresses.

Walk down the street to Narrow River. Bring your boat or kayak and you have access / boat ramp at the bottom of the street. Great for small or larger families.

Our stay completely exceeded expectation, we absolutely loved it! The property was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located with an easy commute to Newport. The host was amazing, so responsive and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Hands down one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend her enough!

The house wasn’t super clean but it was great for a reunion weekend with friends

The home was cleaned and perfect as we take before and after pictures. Your booking was also for 5 adults and there were 10 cars parked outside the home with more than 12 people seen in the backyard at multiple times. So clearly all should be aware before renting to you and your group and home was left a complete disaster and instructions weren’t followed. We will never rent to This group again.

Happy Graduation

Great location, big house, lovely patio and yard! The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive to our needs. A perfect spot to stay during URI Graduation weekend!

Family Getaway

My family enjoyed our getaway! The property had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool! The host provided thorough information and was responsive to inquiries.

The property was nothing what it was expected to be based off of the listing. We had to leave our stay after the first night, multiple safety hazards. The host was impossible to work with…rude, short, and non responsive. Vrbo should really think about keeping her as a host.
