Great Resort, Great Location, Choose your condo wisely...

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we entered the condo- it smelled very clean, and from the entrance it appeared to be well kept. Unfortunately, after settling in, we realized the unit did not match the description or expectations for the price paid.The unit is marketed as sleeping six, which was perfect for our group since my daughter’s boyfriend was coming and the plan was for him to sleep on the pullout couch. However, the couch was dirty, had an odor, and was completely sunken in. We covered it with the old, cheap hotel-style blanket from the closet just so we had a place to sit. None of us had a comfortable place to relax. The beds were hard and loud, and the guest bedroom frame was loose, making it difficult for anyone to get a good night’s sleep.The company did offer to refund our stay and we’d find another place, which I appreciated, but after a 10+ hr drive, arriving around 9pm, unloading all of our belongings, and stocking the fridge with groceries, finding another place on short notice was not realistic. I suggested a partial refund since the unit was not as described, but I never received a response.We were told there had never been complaints about the beds in T2 Unit 902 and that the couch was scheduled to be replaced in the fall by the snowbird owners. However, I had just booked this condo two weeks prior, and items that impact the comfort of guests should be replaced before renting the unit and marketing it as sleeping six. Updated photos and realistic expectations would have helped, as I would not have booked this unit knowing the condition of the furniture.I will say the staff and security guards were very friendly, the resort location was excellent, and the balcony view was incredible. The resort itself has many positives. The market, grills, pools, and main amenities being located on the opposite side in T1 was inconvenient.We came for the beach and made the best of it.
