A+ FOR BOOK THAT CONDO

I used to deal with Vrbo and had nothing but trouble with them, could never get a hold of them, etc. BTC is always willing to help you, Susan was wonderful, we didn't know how to use all the remotes, she sent someone out immediately, called to make sure he came and explained everything, great company to work with

Excellent Condo

This condo was much larger and nicer than the one I rented for my last vacation. Communication was great. I also appreciated the parking garage and dedicated parking space. Everything was top notch. I couldn't have been more pleased.

The view alone gives this place a 5 star rating! The room was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I did not read an email about parking passes and I had to get an extra last minute, but the response was quick and I was able to get another pass the day we checked in. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall stay was great! The access to the amenities was easy & nice. The only issue was outside the gates. Walmart was a but sketchy…suggest going to Publix. The demographics with neighboring spots/area was a hot mess.

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean and cozy. In the perfect location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be back, was looking to book again before we even left.

High tower condo!

This condo was very nice. We especially enjoy the view from the balcony 19 floors up! The condo its self is very nice but could use a few updates. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable so I would recommend upgrading the mattress. However, I would still stay again and recommend to others

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Great & secure location, nice pool and close to a lot of place to eat or just pick something up like Walmart. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint I have was there was no broom there so we could sweep the floor of the sand. Other than that everything was top notch.

Spoiled again!

This was our second winter in this wonderful condo from December 1st to February 29th. Ashley and Rihanna are always professional with text updates. Ashley was very patient and understanding of me requesting a bedspread and sent Mario to extend chains on fan so I could reach them. He was very courteous and conscientious about his work. We were happy to find the anti-gravity chair that we had purchased was still there. What a nice surprise to find new frying pans! Employees keep the pool, grounds and elevators Etc very clean. The blackout curtains are wonderful. Sure wish the framed art work in the bathrooms would be raised higher so that extra towel bars could be installed! Twin Palms is small in comparison to other large complexes with only five units on each floor which means it's quiet and elevators are always available. You won't be disappointed renting this condo and more importantly working with book that condo!

Pretty nice

This condo was nice, just not as nice as we are used to at any place we’ve stayed at for the same price in Gulf Shores. The balcony was the highlight. It had most items needed in the kitchen. It wasn’t taken care of as well as we expect, cleanliness was good but not great. Bathrooms not updated. Couches and beds were very comfortable! Finally a place with enough pillows too! As for the property, neither hot tub was in perfect working order. The indoor one wasn’t warm at all. The outside one could have been hotter. Elevators stopped working when it got really windy one night. There was an owners dinner on our last day and the signs said pool deck was closed, which was a bummer, but the craziest part was that they also weren’t allowing us to use the bathrooms, sauna or fitness room, which didn’t make a lot of sense and really inconvenient just needing to quickly use the restroom coming up from the beach. I will say that the amount of people at the beach in front of Twin Palms was much better than down the beach to each side of us, we were thankful for that!

Comfort

We were looking for a place overlooking the beach that had two king beds for two adult couples. We found the condo clean with extremely comfortable seating, beds and pillows. The balcony was HUGE with great seating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The best vacation spot ever!

Twins palms is beautiful! The grounds keeper keeps the resort very clean. Room was amazing! Took our 3 year old and 1 year old twins. The condo was very kid friendly and more kid proof. Great time!

Beautiful Beachfront Views

We loved our stay - the views were spectacular. Love having the beach access right there and felt the beach area for this resort didn’t seem as crowded as the other areas on either side. Our nephew loved the pool and the used the beach toys provided by the condo. When first arriving we were a little confused on the check in process. We thought we might be able to park the car and walk to the beach while we waited for our condo to be ready but you need a code to get into the garage and that code is sent when the room is ready. We thought there might be a lobby or something where we could go in and ask someone but there was not. I’m sure I could have called and asked for the code but we just decided to go eat somewhere while we waited. I also felt our room could have been a bit cleaner. The kitchen counters had sand all over them and the master bathroom floor still seemed to have debris but over all everything was super nice. The balcony and view was absolutely wonderful. We considered staying an extra night but things didn’t work out. We plan to come back though and stay at this condo again! Thanks!

3 months of heaven ❤️

My husband and I were fortunate to spend three months celebrating our 46th Anniversary at Twin Palms 1905. We got a text saying the condo was ready and arrived to find our reserved parking space very close to the elevators. When we first walked in it felt very inviting and spacious. Love the 9ft. walls. We were in awe of the almost 180 degree view from the private balcony that wraps around the east side. ( The condo is an end unit and quiet.) We delighted in watching dolphins and manta rays, along with the beauty of the changing clouds and sea. Oh, and of course the sunsets! Master bedroom has a smart t v and plenty of storage in the condo. From the first phone call to make sure we were happy, to delivering hot pads within hours of a request, the service from Rihanna and Celeste at Book that Condo was fantastic! Much thanks to Rihanna for all her guidance and patience in helping us with the booking and making a dream come true. I am a shopper and this condo really is the best! We've decided to come back this winter 😃
