This independent chalet is spread over 4 floors and is ideal for large families or groups. At the heart of the Paradiski area (425km of slopes, 70% of which are at 2000+ meters, 264 slopes, 130 lifts).

The Topaz chalet is spacious, comfortable and is located in Plagne Soleil directly on the Dou du Praz (blue) piste joining the Bergerie chairlift. 50m from the shops and the ESF Plagne Soleil branch.Free shuttle stop for Plagne Center in front of the condominium. Great southern exposure and not overlooked allowing plenty of sunshine.

It is a chalet of c.300m² on 4 floors with 5 bedrooms and 1 dormitory for 15 beds. A semi-professional kitchen and a large living room with a 270° fireplace communicating with the large dining room make up the reception area. The dining room and the master bedroom benefit from large balconies offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the entire valley and La Plagne.

Semi-professional kitchen equipped with 2 ovens, 1 microwave, 2 full-height refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 5 induction hobs, 1 toaster and complete with a pantry.
Dining room that can accommodate all the inhabitants of the chalet and their guests.

The 5 bedrooms are spread over 2 floors and include 1 master bedroom. All bedrooms have double beds, 2 of which can be separated into single beds. The master benefits from its independent dressing room and a bathroom + shower. The other 4 bedrooms have a shower room. Each bedroom has its own fitted cupboards, a television and a desk.
A dormitory completes the offer with 2 bunk beds for 4 people as well as 2 additional mattresses.

Nestled in the Chalet, an independent apartment accessible from the outside and the inside allows to have a co-existing group with the main Chalet. Ideal for large groups, large families or to benefit from assistance during your stay (cook, babysitter, etc.).

Attention - chalet accessible by a staircase of about fifty steps. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
