Fully Renovated, True Ski in/Ski out, 2br 2bath Condo

The Master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has a double bed and a twin.

Living and dining area is open and comfortable with a flat panel TV, XBox360, DVD, and Blu-Ray DVD players.

Our condo is fully furnished with private Wi-Fi and everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable time in the mountains. Our renters return year after year and have made it their home.

Brian Head Resort is a good all around resort for all types and levels of skiers and snowboarders. It offers many runs of all types. The runs are easily accessible and very affordable compared to most other resorts. There is also snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice skating, and a great tubing park for kids of ALL ages. Brian Head has a total of 8 lifts, and nearly 60 ski trails to take advantage of.

Summertime offers a different set of fun opportunities for visitors. You can take advantage of miles of ATV trails all around Brian Head, hiking trails right outside our door, and several fishing lakes and streams within 30 minutes of Brian Head. If you are a mountain biker, Brian Head has some of the best trails in the country and is destination spot for mountain bike tournaments throughout the summer.

On summer weekends, Brian Head offers free concerts, craft fairs, and town celebrations. Cedar Breaks National Park offers spectacular views and hiking trails just 5 miles away.

Cedar City is 30 minutes down the mountain, and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival (Summer and Fall), shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and many other amenities you may enjoy.

You will have access to the full condominium, plus the clubhouse and outdoor spaces, including Bristlecone Park which has a playground, pickleball court, basketball court, and a pond for fishing.

Great location

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for the my husband and I and our four kids. I do wish the condos there had bike lockers.

The perfect getaway condo. Our family had a wonderful stay and appreciated the hospitality. We came in to a nice gift basket of snacks and my kids loved that they had Xbox. This condo was very clean, comfortable and could tell it was well taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great unit

Wow, this condo is right on the slopes. It could not have been any more convenient. The place was very clean and set up warm and friendly. The owners did an amazing job decorating and furnishing the condo. The fully equipped kitchen was nicer than my kitchen at home!! We will be staying here again!

Perfect location

Cozy condo, very clean with plenty of blankets and towels. We loved the location! Being able to walk out the door and be at the lifts already was priceless. Bring on the first floor is ideal too, it made it so much easier at the end of the day. We stayed here with another family and it had all the amenities we needed. It is small but still comfortable. Would definitely recommend

It was perfect

My friends and I came to ski Brian Head for the first time and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location was as described and it was so awesome to walk outside with the lift right down a little hill from the building. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and other things to make it easy to cook in. Lots of extra blankets and we were very comfortable. Thank you! We would love to stay again. 🙂

We love this neighborhood, the best location in Brian Head, just steps from the Giant Steps lift, ski runs, and mountain biking trails. We are also nestled between Bristlecone Park with its lake, playground, and sports courts - and the shopping center with The General Store, Pizano's Pizza, Rosales Mexican Restaurant, and Mountain Peak Coffee.
