New to the rental market 2021 season, this beautiful, historic Victorian is just one block from the beach. It is a fully modern home with 5 bedrooms (4 kings and 1 queen) and 3 full and 2 half baths. Renovated with a gourmet kitchen and a large 2nd floor family room, the home keeps all of the charm that make Ocean Grove homes so wonderful. It’s the perfect place for a summer vacation with family and friends at the beach. Wrap around porches on the first and second floors with views of the ocean creates plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together. Morning coffee watching the sunrise over the Atlantic or an evening beverage while you enjoy the delightful ocean breeze. The home is laid out with front parlor, dining room and large bright eat-in-kitchen on the first floor. Large family room with TV and wet bar plus two large bedrooms and one full and one half baths on second floor. The third floor has a master bedroom with private/en-suite bath and two full walls of windows facing the ocean plus two large bedrooms, full bath and laundry. This home is set up to sleep 10 and has plenty of room for your friends and family to spread out and enjoy an amazing holiday.

This property is great for our large family! There is plenty of space to spread out inAll of the common rooms and 2 nice sized porches where we sit each night! It is very clean and equipped with all the essentials you will need! The beds are so very comfortable! Hoping to get back there next year!

We all had a great time! The house was clean and the kitchen had every appliance you could think of. Furniture was in great shape and was very comfortable. The only complaint from everyone was the noise created by the landscapers. Everyday was disrupted by the noise of lawnmowers, blowers and trimmers. Isn’t there a way all of the owners can demand that the landscapers use electric equipment instead of gas powered? We plan to return in 2028. Thanks for a great place to stay!

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Beach Haven—we love it so much that we have booked again for next season! It is just perfect for our family—large bedrooms, lots of baths, a kitchen to die for, decks to sit on, and so convenient to the beach we love to sit on! Couldn’t ask for more!

This was the perfect house for our family! A dream come true to be in Ocean Grove, a block from the beach (with ocean views no less!), a few blocks from shops, restaurants, Pathway Market around Main Avenue and minutes walk from Asbury Park boardwalk or downtown. A wonderful surprise to find an additional daybed in the King-sized room on third floor and the charming divided staircase!! We loved the very functional, very beautiful kitchen that had a lovely nook or island bar for everyone to sit during breakfast. Also found much of the art, light fixtures and other decoration magical. The beach umbrella, beach chairs, high-tech microfiber (fast-drying) beach towels and collapsible wagon were perfect for the beach. I appreciated our hosts answers to my many questions, quick responses and flexibility for requests. Overall, would highly recommend this property!

This is our third year staying at this property! It is a must book. 1 block from the beach, clean, well equipped and creatively decorated. It is walking distance to dinner and icecream and spacious for a large family. The property manager is quickly responsive - we love this house.

Great Home and Location

This was the perfect home for our family! We had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. We loved sitting on the second floor porch and the kids had the best time in the game room! Foosball tournament agin next year—I hope!

Great days in Ocean Grove

My wife and I and our four children two daughter in laws and two grand children had a wonderful time celebrating four birthdays. The house is beautiful with a kitchen and dining room able to accommodate the ten of us. The location close to beach was great for the two year old grand children. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful!!!!!! From the easy check-in ,to the well appointed kitchen we wanted to stay 2 more weeks. The house was lovely and immaculate and the bedrooms were large and spacious. The entire family agreed it was a perfect week. After the little ones were asleep you could find the adults on the second floor porch overlooking the ocean. The location allowed us to get the beach quickly as it is only one block away. This home is a real gem in the quiet community of Ocean Grove and we are all hoping to get back there soon.

Summer vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views. We were able to comfortably host family and friends. The entire house is well stocked and feels like a home away from home. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries. This was our favorite vacation rental. Would definitely stay again. Over and above!

What A treat to be able to stay in this lovely home. It’s a block from the beach has many beautiful places to sit and chat or read a book. Every bedroom is large, beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. Janet and her team are very communicative and easy to deal with. I can’t wait to get back there sometime soon.

We have always loved the Victorian homes of Ocean Grove. We find the combination of the quiet charm of Ocean Grove next to the vibrancy and excitement of the restaurants, shops, galleries, and night spots of Asbury Park the perfect combination. Having a beach house just an hour away from our home in South Orange, New Jersey is ideal. We always look forward to spending time at the beach and sharing it with you!

We like the scale of the house. Its rooms are large and spacious. Being a block off the beach is important to us. We love to cook and entertain, so having the recently renovated gourmet kitchen is exactly what we needed. Because the house is on a corner lot, the rooms are full of light. With two large porches we knew this would be a great place to enjoy family and friends.

The large 2nd floor family room with its wet bar and direct access to the 2nd floor porch makes a terrific central gathering point. Perfect for watching a movie or sporting event or a game of foosball. The large master bedroom is full of morning light and has a great view of the sunrise over the ocean. The front porch is the perfect place to sit, read a book or share a beverage with family and friends as the sights and sounds of Ocean Grove pass by.
