Discover the beauty of Lake Como from this lakefront 5-bedroom beach house. Guests will find plenty of space to relax with a king bedroom ensuite on the main floor and 4 well appointed bedrooms on 2nd floor with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 5 twin beds, perfect for families. Outdoors you will enjoy the full view of the lake from the front porch and in the rear a lanscaped back yard, paver patio, grill and outdoor shower. Access the rear of the house by way of a private road with parking for 4 cars. Take your pick of Belmar or Spring Lake beach as 4 beach badges are provided for access to either beach! Sheds on the property house extra laundry machines and fridge/freezer, plenty of storage for beach toyes and golf clubs! The house is east of Main Street with easy access to beachs and restaurants.

606 North Boulevard Lake Como is a wonderful getaway for any season. It is spacious and beautifully updated, with some of the most comfortable mattresses you will ever sleep on. The view from the large front porch should be everyone's computer screenshot. It made us feel peaceful at every moment of our stay. Plus, the hosts are delightful and very accommodating. This is a must stay.

House was beautiful! Especially loved the front porch to have coffee in the mornings. The lake is steps away and perfect for walks/runs. I would say about a 10 min walk to boardwalk/beach super convenient that there are beach passes for both Belmar and Spring Lake. We did think there were bicycles with the house, but there were not. We had a wonderful week in spring Lake/Belmar - Thank you for opening your home!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The spacious front porch was our favorite spot—it has beautiful lake views and was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The location is ideal, you can walk or bike to the beach and restaurants are a bike ride or a short drive. It is a very peaceful setting.The house was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The large yard was great for spending time outside, BBQing and the ample parking made it easy for everyone in our group. Overall, it was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and charm. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This home is in a great location and worked well for our family. It’s nicely laid out and the outdoor spaces really enhanced the experience. It was unfortunate that there was construction right next door so there was a lot of noise and sawdust in the air for a few of the weekdays. It would have been nice to know that prior to our stay. Obviously not an issue for future stays as I expect the framing was close to being completed. There was also some confusion about the linens (we had to rent sheets and pillowcases even though the listing said linens included) and trash location for pickup (the instructions left in the home did not specify the location and we assumed pick up was through the alley, close to where the cans were located and not the front on the home). But I felt the owners were quick to respond and make small adjustments so future renters don’t have the same confusion. In both cases, we had enough time to resolve the situations satisfactorily.Overall, the house worked out great and the owners were easy to communicate with, and we would definitely recommend the home. It was nice that they provided beach badges for both belmar and spring lake.
