Welcome to 6 Sunset Island Drive, unit 4F. Luxurious and absolutely gorgeous, this condo is just steps away from the resort amenities. The home has been professionally decorated and used as a model by the builder during Sunset Island’s sales phase and you will find high end furniture and touches throughout. The condo features fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful custom backsplash, and everything you need to enjoy meals with your family and friends, dining area seats up to eight people! You will also enjoy airy and bright living room, private and fully furnished balcony, four flat screen Tvs, FREE WIFI, and a lot more!

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $170.00 covers 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Expected more

It would be more accurate to update the pictures on the website. In person things are dated. Floors furniture and other details are dated. In the master bathroom the caulk was all over the floor because it’s breaking up from age. The communication from the management company was extremely poor. They sent me the wrong Wi-Fi information and I responded via email on the first day and no one ever got back to me. Also there was no toaster in the unit which was listed on the website and I emailed the management company and no one ever got back to me. For this type of money per night you would at least expect a response. The neighborhood and location is great especially for children but there is a 0% chance I would never come back. Too many options out there
