Quiet house with garden in the heart of the olive grove.

Ideal for family or couple stays, this house is located in the heart of Roquefort-les-Pins, in a natural setting between the sea and the mountains.

Enjoy a privileged location in the heart of the Golden Triangle, close to Nice and Cannes, in the middle of the most beautiful villages and only 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches and close to the first mountains. The house offers a garden of 250 m2 with garden furniture, parking.
The village of Roquefort les Pins is 5 minutes away (car)

you will find restaurants, supermarket, Picard various shops.
Nearby tennis, golf, equestrian center, tree climbing, urban football, swimming pool, canyoning, hiking.
The sea is 30 minutes away by car.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
in a residential area.

bus stop 5 minutes away towards Nice and airport.

Some garden furniture will no longer be accessible from mid-October to mid-April and during rainy periods.
During the months of July and August, I prefer weekly rentals for a better comfort of organization. Pets are accepted with a deposit of 100 €, returned according to the condition of the garden.
