While it's true that our property is located several blooks off Federal Blvd., it's worth mentioning that we always prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. This area is very diverse, but safe and close to all interstates, shopping, restuarants and all things Denver. We apologize for the delay you experienced in receiving your door code. We strive to provide seamless check-in experiences for our guests, and we will review our communication protocols to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Regarding the issue with cleanliness, we take cleanliness very seriously, and it's disheartening to hear about the odor you encountered. We have immediately addressed this matter with our cleaning team and maintenance staff to rectify the situation and ensure it doesn't occur in the future. In terms of the washer and dryer, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have scheduled a thorough inspection of the appliances to resolve any stability and functionality issues. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, our listing clearly states that there are two king beds available. However, we apologize if this didn't meet your expectations.
