Enjoy this fun 4 bedroom/4 bath Beach House located fourth row - 250 feet to the Beach!! Located in the desirable North Forest Beach area of the Island, this is the perfect home whether you are visiting for Sun, Sand, Sail or Golf.

Hit the beach early in the day for a sunrise, a refreshing beverage on the pool deck in the afternoon then end the day with a stroll to Coligny Plaza for dinner, ice cream or a movie!



On top of location, location, location; this house has all the comforts needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation!! An updated, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers, microwave, blender and toaster; a laundry room with full size washer and dryer; a private splash pool for all to enjoy after a day on the beach; a gas grill; and even a bike rack that securely holds multiple bikes!



Upon entering the house, you will love all the natural light and space on the first level. The open concept living, dining and kitchen allows everyone to be part of the fun. There is plenty of seating to accommodate all your travelers. Step out onto the deck and sit poolside with a refreshing drink under the umbrella while others take a dip in the splash pool.



Two of the four bedrooms along with the laundry room are on the first level. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level. Three of the four bedrooms have En Suite Baths which is ideal when traveling and offers privacy for all.



This house checks all the boxes. Whether traveling with friends or family you will relax, rejuvenate and want to return year after year!

**Pool: The pool can be heated October-April. Arrangements must be made in advance and there is an additional fee. Please call for details.

This pool has an electric heater. The pool temperature fluctuates with the outdoor temperature. It will heat 15-20 degrees higher than the ambient temperature.



Driveway-can accommodate 2 vehicles, additional parking for 1 vehicle along side of the house.



Linens and towels are provided.

iTrip Hilton Head Vacation Rentals comes with a Starter Kit for the bathrooms (shampoo, body lotion, soap, toilet tissue) and Kitchen (dish and dish detergent, sponge, paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags). If you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.





NEARBY:

The Lowcountry Celebration Park- Hilton Head Island's newest park. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is an adventure playground featuring a reimagined ship, wading pool, pavilion, fitness stations and restrooms. A must see for all ages!



Coligny Beach Park: one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It offers outside showers, restrooms, swings, free WIFI, seasonal beach equipment rentals, walking and biking paths.



Coligny Plaza- has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all.



Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is a .07 miles from the house.



Coligny Theater: Known to have the best popcorn on the Island and is also centrally located.

Van Der Meer Tennis Center-offers clinics and daily programs for all ages and hosts many tournaments annually.



There is a FREE seasonal shuttle that services North and South Forest Beach Avenue and Coligny Plaza.

Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor furnishings could use some updating. Parking is tight but overall perfect location on HHI.

Heritage House

4 couples attended the Heritage Golf Tournament and stayed in this home. We loved the 4 br and 4 ba layout and fit us all perfectly. Also loved the huge table for cards hanging out and It was walking distance to the shuttle and many restaurants.

Amazing beach house!

We loved this place! It is very close to the beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, and bike trails. It is fully equipped with beach gear and toys. We absolutely loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for our family

It was clean and perfect for our adult family and 9 month old granddaughter. The location was perfect. Beautiful beach. It was easy check in and check out. Great communication start to finish.

Lots of space for our small family of three and two friends. Very family friendly location being both close to beach and close to the central shopping and event area. Biking was fun with the path being close along with a really nice road to traverse safely. The pool was great for a quick dip and the grill outside made the post-beach session a success. The home was more than a home base to crash. It was a great place to hang out, eat dinner, play games, and enjoy the larger than expected living space. Would repeat.

Over all had a great time! Home was super clean when we got there which is important to me, you could tell it had been recently cleaned, no dust or anything on the floors. Super close to the beach which was lovely and full of windows so great light. Had everything you could need for the beach and games for the kids when inside. Loved our stay!

The home is in a perfect location. Everything in the home was in good shape and functional with plenty of space for 7 Adults and 3 young kids. The beds and pillows are not high end but ok for a few nights. Outside pool is a great feature. The outside of the home could use a good power wash. All in all a very good stay.

Great for a Girls Trip

Nice property and great location. All was as pictured and expected. Only disappointment was the money we paid for heated pool that was never warm enough to use. Highlight was the great customer service from start to finish.

Great location near Coligny Park

This spacious house is in walking distance of the beach, many shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops as well as a grocery store. The pool is shaded much of the day which made a perfect place for our youngest family members to play.

Great family house and wonderful location!!

We had 3 couples and 2 kids (ages 5 & 2). The house was the perfect space for privacy and family time. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty for the beach - chairs & wagon. The pool was perfect for post nap fun! It is located less than a block to the beach, within walking distance of 2 parks and Piggly Wiggly plus much more. We would definitely enjoy staying again!!

Amazing House

Great home for family fun

2 Curlew was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 babies. It had plenty of room and a great location - a few steps to beach and steps to Coligny, too. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also noticed that noise did not travel, so we all slept soundly (babies and all). The kitchen and beach closet were well equipped. We hope to return next year!

Ideal for spring break

The house had everything we needed for two families of four. Not only were the basic essentials provided, but there was even a closet full of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked for grilling and cooking. LOCATION IS AMAZING, close to beach, shops, restaurants. The pool was nicely heated for a cool spring day. Owner was responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property and Location

Such a great house! We had 6 adults and 2 young children stay for a week, everyone loved it. Walked 2 minutes to the beach each day, rinsed off with the outdoor shower, then spent more time in the pool. You can walk to get your groceries, or have a great selection of restaurants to choose from for each meal. Tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrella to use while you're staying here. Property managers were very responsive with any questions or concerns. Would love to stay here again!

Spacious beach rental

Thsi is a lovely 4 bedroom home with spacious bedrooms and living areas. The pool area was small but well maintained. The door to the pool/patio area was protected by a dead bolt that only an adult could reach. It was a short walk to the beach. Parking is for 3 midsize cars. Good location. Good price. Very good response from rental group when we needed some assistance. We would stay here again.

Great beach home

This property was exactly as shown. No misleading information. “90 second walk to beach” is accurate. Clean upon arrival. Disposal issues late one night and they came and fixed next morning. Great sized bedrooms! 8 adults and one two year old had a fabulous week. Would definitely rent again!

Great home, perfect location

We just returned from our stay and it was fantastic. My husband, 2 kids, my parents and MIL stayed for the week and we loved it. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bath and the home is so large you never feel crowded. The walk to the beach is easy and the swimming pool was great when we needed a break from the sun. We were at Coligny Plaza everyday, browsing the shops, relaxing at the Frosty Frog Cafe or grabbing something from the Piggly Wiggly. For runners/walkers and/or bikers you can choose to hit the beach or cross the street and enjoy the mostly shaded paths. Thanks so much for a terrific house that we hope to return to again!

Great Thanksgiving in HHI!

We had a fabulous experience with this rental and the owner Emily! She communicated ahead of the trip with everything we needed to know. Absolutely no issues with the house. When we arrived everything was clean and in ship shape. The location was wonderful, short walk to the beach and to restaurants! The kids had a great time in the heated pool. It was pretty cold during the first part of the week and the pool was still warm enough to comfortably swim and hang out. Thank you Emily for a great stay and we hope to return soon!

Perfect house, perfect location!

We go to Hilton Head Island every year for more than 20 years and North Forest Beach Dr./Coligny Plaza is our most favorite spot. The house is close to Coligny Plaza, but not too close, steps from the ocean. The house is well equipped, especially kitchen. The great room can easily accommodate 25 persons for a little party. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Owners are super nice! We had a chance to meet them in person and to thank for all the comfort they have created for guests. Thank you Emily!

Great stay!!

We do a couples trip each year and picked Hilton Head for 2024. We picked this property bc of its proximity to the beach (literally a 5-minute walk) and the size of the dining table (fits 8). Though an older home it’s super well maintained. Very clean and great space in the common areas. Beds were a little on the “spring” forward side, but that’s literally our only complaint. We had an issue with the automated front door lock needing batteries on our last night locking us out but a call to the after hours number and Matt from the property mgmt company was there within 15 minutes and had us back inside. We had a great stay and would reserve this property again in a heartbeat!!
