We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as presented. The neighborhood was vibrant and had an amazing nightlife just steps away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in with Paolo was smooth and informative. He walked me through the apartment and its amenities when I arrived. The location is ideally situated in a neighborhood with a park, restaurants, and a grocery store within easy walking distance.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath great location

It was wonderful to have nice amount of space for 4 adults. It was a wonderful neighborhood off the beaten path within a 5 minutes walk to a park surrounded by restaurants and cafes with a supermarket and laundry minutes away. If you have issues with steps we were met with 1 flight of a narrow stair well. It was fine since we did not have alot of luggage. I would stay there again

Apartment is small but efficient. In a good location. Suggested parking is 24 euros a day so really adds to the expense. Small narrow stairs to get to the apartment. There is no laundry in the building available to guests.Owners are responsive.

Excellent neighbourhood to explore Lisbon.

I thoroughly enjoyed this flat. Communication was superb from the owner and manager, arrival was easy and helpful, the shower is really good (I'm a tall guy) and both bedrooms have comfortable beds. I'd happily stay again. Very good place indeed.

Small but Decent

The 2 bedroom apartment was very small but it had everything we needed. Pictures on vrbo make apartment look much larger. Not much room to move around especially in bedrooms. Apartment was clean and we were met by property manager and given the details. Quiet area of town. Nice to walk around from the location.

Great space for an excellent price!

The apartment was gorgeous and clean. My family of four stayed there while visiting Lisbon. It was nicely placed, especially since there is a Minipreço not far from the place. Not noisy at all. We were all very comfortable and are excited to return

Great stay in Lisbon with a great host Paolo

The trip from the airport by taxi was quick to this location. Our host Paolo was there waiting and very attentive to our needs and questions, Tks Paolo. Great management and location

Loved the location. Out the front door, turn left and walk 50 meters and you hit a public square that has restaurants and a convenience store. We are walkers so we found Lisbon very walkable. I would have given straight 5 stars across the board but the bedrooms and apartment was small for 4 people. Management was very responsive to the few small requests we made. I recommend this accommodation.

Great location

Firstly communication with Paul our agent was superb! Before and during our stay, including bringing around medication when our daughter was sick. The apartment has the bonus of 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a very functional kitchen. We stayed 7 days and cooked there most nights. There’s a mini preci on the square which has a great selection and is literally 2 mins walk away. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon and doing day trips from. 20 mins walk to Rossio and very near bus and tram routes. We enjoyed day trips to sintra,Evora and Calcihas. Would highly recommend this appt.

Great location for a short stay in Lisbon!

We were a group of 4 staying in Lisbon for 3 nights. This place is in a great location and easily accessible from all the major tourist spots of south Lisbon! Has all the basics needed. Is slightly away from a Metro station (Rato, 15min walk- uphill). The location is great, the check in process was smooth and Paul who was our host was super responsive with any questions. Our only complain was the size! The pictures are super super deceptive and the place in reality is extremely small and cramped, including the stairway. For 4 people to exist in this apt with 2 large and 4 small suitcases was a challenge in itself but I guess that's how Lisbon apartments are! Also, no toiletries provided- not an issue but just a note. Overall a great location but the apartment could have been better!

Great Apartment in Lisbon

My husband, teenage son and I stayed at this apartment recently and had a wonderful stay. Communication with the property manager Paulo prior to arrival was great and the check-in process was seamless. The apartment was well situated in a lovely area or the city with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Easily accessible to all the sights. It was clean and comfortable. Wifi, air conditioning, towels, hair dryer, etc were all provided and worked well. My son liked having his own room and having 2 bathrooms definitely helped with getting ready in the morning. It is a typical Lisbon apartment - not huge but well appointed. The only feedback I would give is to perhaps remove some of the furniture that is unnecessary (coffee table/large lamp in living room) or replace items with a smaller version (dining table and chairs). That said, we had a great stay and were quite happy with this booking. Paulo in particular was so helpful. We would stay there again!

Die Wohnung ist superklein aber wirklich viel Platz zum Verstauen. Alles vorhanden. 2 Badezimmer fanden wir richtig gut.Die Gegend ist ziemlich lebhaft aber die Straße an sich ruhig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß (bergauf und bergab). Kleiner Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.ABER: gebucht hatten wir die Unterkunft, weil in der Anzeige Parkplatz verfügbar stand. Dies ist aber nicht korrekt. In näherer Umgebung gab es nur Parkplätze für Einwohner. Wir mussten das Auto im Parkhaus 10 Minuten entfernt unterkriegen. 21 pro Tag. Einsicht vom Vermieter, dass die Anzeige falsch ist0.

Winzige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Ankunft wurde von Paulo bestens organisiert. Schon am Tag vorher hat er sich per WhatsApp gemeldet und war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort. Der Bezug verlief zügig und mit guten Tipps. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Betten bezogen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, wie Seife, WC-Papier, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Küchentuch, Abwaschmittel, sogar ein paar Gewürze, Kaffeekapseln und Essig. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und über eine schmale, ziemlich steile Treppe zu erreichen. Sie liegt im 1. Stock und hinter der Eingangstür steht man direkt im mickrigen Wohnzimmer, das mit einer Halbwand von der dahinter liegenden Küche abgetrennt ist. Zu viert am Tisch essen geht aus Platzgründen nicht. Die Küche ist dürftig ausgestattet und Kochen nicht empfehlenswert. Wir konnten kaum eine Pfanne Wasser aufkochen, da die Kochplatten dabei überhitzten und erst wieder abkühlen mussten. Frühstück geht aber problemlos. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng, reichen zum Schlafen jedoch völlig aus. Das eine Bad direkt hinter der Küche ist gross und geräumig. Das andere, ans Doppelzimmer ohne Fenster angrenzende ist sehr klein und eng, WC und Lavabo sind allerdings nicht zu verachten. Alles in allem eine mickrige, originelle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Altstadtwohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man hört die Flugzeuge starten wie in vielen Teilen der Stadt. In der Nacht von Fr auf Sa war ein Nachbar auf einem Psychotrip und hat stundenlang herumgeschrien; eine beängstigende Erfahrung.
