Residence of 2005, very comfortable, bright, in Puy-Saint-Vincent 1800 meters, South-West exposure.Private private covered outdoor parking numbered. Departure/arrival ski-in/ski-out. Small grocery store/bakery/restaurant 1 minute walk, other shops and restaurants 5 minutes by car. Free shuttles available during the winter holidays.
The residence consists of 4 small buildings made of wood and stone, well integrated into the environment.
Private indoor heated pool.
The accommodation:
Your vacation rental includes: 1 large living room with TV, Blue Ray DVD player, 1 sofa/2 pull-out beds 90x200, 1 kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed with window and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200 and window, 1 bathroom with bath/shower, 1 separate toilet, a balcony where you can enjoy the sun from morning to early afternoon.

Location: 3rd floor with elevator.

Deposit: €500 returnable, minus any damage caused, unpaid services or loss of keys, within a maximum period of ten days following the handover of the keys.
Maintenance kit: Maintenance kit (1 sponge, 1 dishcloth, 1 bottle of multi-purpose product, 1 bottle of hand washing-up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 dish towel: may vary depending on the residence).

Rental: 7€ per person for sheets and 10€ per person with sheets and towels.

convenient holiday flat with all necessary amenities

We spent a good time: arrival procedures were convenient, including advice for ski rental and getting hold of rental bed sheets. The flat has all that's needed and we enjoyed separate bedrooms beside the living room with kitchenette.

Jan ski trip with the kids (5 & 8)

Just returned from our second visit to ski in Puy and another excellent week had by all. The area is fantastic for kids to learn, far better than the big resorts, no queues and some lovely quiet runs (I skied more untouched pistes first thing in the morning than at any other resort and the powder on the final day made for some awesome off piste fun). The apartment was exactly as advertised if not better (the pictures on the site don’t do it justice). It’s not luxury, but has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, it’s clean and comfortable and is excellent value for money. The location is perfect - Puy 1800 means you have easy access to all the pistes, lifts and ski schools. The apartment is a very short (100m) flat walk from the piste (100m), straight out from the ski lockers situated in the apt block a few floors below. The kids (5 and 8) would do it on their own and ski down to the meeting point for the ski lesson whilst I put my boots on - perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful plus the on-site rep who looks after the apartments in the block was really nice and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a happy one. The small swimming pool in the adjacent block, which is free for residents, was a fantastic evening relaxation and fun for the kids. No shops at 1800, but there is the free bus to 1600 or a walk down the well signposted path. There is a lovely little restaurant on the opposite side of the parking which were really welcoming and also sold bread and ham etc. which is perfect. Looking forward to the next trip and hope the same apartment is vacant! Paul and kids - UK.

Oui tout était impeccable, piscine, proximité des pistes, propreté équipement...etc Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au ski en famille! Nous recommandons. Et l'appartement est très spacieux confortable. À bientôt j'espère.

Très agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement de Puy St Vincent. L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. Il est bien placé pour rejoindre les pistes facilement. L'accès à la piscine est un plus pour se détendre après le ski. Nous reviendrons sans doute à Puy St Vincent un été ou un hiver prochain et réserverons le même appartement.
