Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad you enjoyed the perfect location, easy beach access, and appreciated the cleanliness, fresh linens, and extras like boogie boards and games. Regarding the front door, the unit does have a deadbolt, but the bypass had been turned in the wrong direction, which prevented the door from locking properly. We wish you had notified us during your stay so we could have assisted and ensured it was secure. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future!

Thank you for choosing Wind Drift 102SE for your Spring Break Getaway. We supply each guest with a starter kit that includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a small bar of soap for every sink and shower, one trash bag liner per trash can, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two dish tabs for dishwasher, dish soap, and sponge. This information is also included in our rental agreement. We will investigate why you cannot reach anyone, as our team is available 24 hours daily. Thank you again for reviewing your stay. We understand that it was a very frightening situation, and it's not something we want our guests to encounter while staying with us. We would like to mention that we manage only one condo in the building, and we were not aware of the work being done until you informed us. The building was evacuated as a safety measure because the company doing the work had an issue with the permit. However, we want to assure you that the problem has now been resolved.
