Mirande is situated on the hillside of Pointe Milou. On the west side, facing the sunset, it gets a maximum of sunlight.
With a contemporary style, the living opens onto the terrace, the pool and the ocean. Two of the bedrooms are on each side of the living; the third one is on the lower level.
It has a very good value.
