This beautiful 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom river adjacent cottage is located in historic downtown Bonita Springs! Equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to host 6-8 people comfortably. You don't need to bring a thing other than you selves and a change of clothes! The house comes ready to stay in and fully stock with everything you may or may not need. I have a Kayak and paddle board that can be available on request. This property is located on only 4 miles from the beach and walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and other activities. The house comes with access to neighborhood boat ramp and a 16 ft dock in an alcove connecting to the Imperial River which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Come, Enjoy, and RELAX!!

Four Weeks Spent in the Little Cottage

Very well done - and superbly 'outfitted' - little cottage! I never took advantage of the water, but the location relative to all that goes on in Bonita Springs is great!

Great house, host and location!!

The owner, Brad, was a great host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around his house. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you need for vacation plus! We are going to make this our “home away from home” when visiting family in the area. I highly recommend this property and Host, Brad.

As advertised, it's indeed a quiet cottage in a peaceful neighborhood. Just what i was looking for! Had a great stay!! Easy access to Naples, Ft. Myers, or any of the towns or beaches in between! The host Brad was awesome and promptly responded to any info I needed. Looking fwd to my next visit!

Perfect spot

Phenomenal!!! Quiet, well kept neighborhood, clean, comfortably furnished space with every supply you might possibly need. Friendly helpful host. Will definitely return if we stay in the area again. Can’t say enough good things about the home and the host.

Amazing Snowbird Getaway

The house was perfect for us! The listing description was spot on, and the host, Brad, was helpful and available. We appreciated the beach items and games Brad provided. From the house, we walked to parks, restaurants, and festivals. My husband and I absolutely loved our experience. We have already booked our next stay.

All we needed

This accommodation is situated in the historic part of Bonita Springs with a great park close by, so we enjoyed walking into the town and around the park.Having travelled from the UK we didn’t have any supplies for the beach, however, Brad, the host supplied beach chairs and sun umbrella for our use, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was a great host.

Last minute booking...

My husband and I were in the Bonita Springs area and decided to go with Brad's place on VRBO vs booking a hotel for our stay in the area. We are so glad we went this route. The place was perfect for us. Brad made the check in process very simple and was very flexible about everything. We ended up extending our stay an extra two nights we loved it so much. The neighborhood is great for biking and it's just a short drive to the beach. We will definitely be back! It was like home away from home!

Loved our stay in Bonita Springs!

We had a wonderful stay here with our dog! Brad was an amazing host who personally checked us in and continued to check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had a difficult time finding a rental that would allow our large dog to stay with us and Brad’s place was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and happy. The place was clean and had all the amenities needed. We highly recommend staying here!

Bonita Springs getaway

We stayed for 5 weeks and we’re very pleased with the property. The owner kept in contact and made sure we had everything thing we needed. The home is located in a neighborhood that’s walking distance to the park, coffee shop, ice cream. I would highly recommend this and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

It's a great find and couldn't have asked for anything more.

Well cared for home decorated with nice touches, fully stocked way above anything else experienced thus far on VRBO including X-box for the teenagers. Super comfortable beds and huge couch, plenty of room, nice sunroom with comfy deep daybed to relax on. Very attentive friendly owner. Great spot too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with Brad or reserving this property.

Love,Love, Love it

This place is awesome so welcoming so cozy so clean also perfect space. Energy in that house is beautiful. We stayed for one of my daughters 21st birthday and we had 10 people it was very comfortable and the beds Omggggg so comfy I couldn’t believe. Nettles to say we will stay again. Brad was so professional gave us a tour and I really appreciate that it was the first time we gotten a tour and I stayed in a lot of VRBO. The place has absolutely everything I mean EVERYTHING you need. So let me give you a small example I forgot my makeup removal well guess what the master bathroom had some. And I also forgot tape well guess what he also had tape lol. Anyways very pleased with the stay. Thank you again Brad.

Absolutely Perfect!

There is nothing I would change! Everything was immaculately clean. A lot of space to spread out and enjoy. Beds really comfortable and plenty of nice thick towels. Two huge TVs with plenty of movies and x-box! Games and books as well! Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and even a wagon to transport it all on the beach. Had everything you can imagine for our use ... bath supplies, laundry soaps, paper products, first aid supplies, etc. Very well stocked kitchen. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I rate this a 10+++!

Bonita getaway

Property is older, quaint, cottage type experience with plenty of room. Clean, and beds are very comfortable. Everything is provided for the tenant’s needs. Toiletries, linens, kitchen ware, washer/dryer, TVs, WiFi, etc. Great experience and we would definitely rent this property again.
