Perfect vacation home

The home has a great location: beautiful river view, minutes from the beach and downtown Bonita, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is modern, clean and welcoming. So very Awesome!!!

The property is gorgeous and one of the best that I have stayed at. The owners were awesome and were very good with communication. We would absolutely stay at this location again, hopefully next time it will be longer than one day.

Sensational Summer Getaway

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a summer getaway. It provided just the relaxation and location we were looking for. It was close to both Bonita Springs' and Naples' beaches. The pool and backyard were lovely. The delicioius mangoes from the tree on the property as well as the dolphin and wild bunny sightings were a bonus!

Perfect Getaway and location!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house has absolutely everything you would need and the location is fantastic! We’re already trying to figure out dates that we can come back and stay again. There is so much to do in the area and had so much fun boating and kayaking. The house is spotless and the communication with the owners is 10/10. You will not regret booking this property!!!

Easter Weekend

This is a beautiful home with gracious touches of comfort everywhere. We had 3 generations staying in the home and everyone was happy with all that was offered. The home matched the description accurately and the kitchen was fully stocked with all we could need. The paddleboard and kayaks were a fun bonus and we enjoyed seeing all the green iguanas watching us from the shoreline. Communication with the hosts was easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. We look forward to returning in the future--hopefully for a longer stay!

Tucked Away Treasure

We had a splendid stay! Bryan&Robin provided a personal touch and the accommodations met our expectations. We saw more wildlife on our kayak journey than anywhere else. This home was cozy and quiet but yet not far from beaches, restaurants and shopping! Thank you Bryan&Robin for a great get away. Should we travel this way again, we will keep you in our sights!

Great house for family

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaks. The house was across from a golf course that my son and husband played. We were close to the beach also. The house had everything we needed. It had a beautiful master bedroom/bathroom. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Relaxing and Super-Clean

This property was beautiful and relaxing. The home is amazingly clean, beautfully renovated, and just perfect for three generations. The pool is perfect, as is the lanai and yard. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. We love Bonita Springs and this home is close to the beach, Coconut Jack's and Doc's Beachouse (two of our favorite restaurants). We spent some days at the beach and some at the house/pool - we had no issues, just a couple questions - the owners are very nice and really helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil Respite

We only stayed overnight before our flight home but I wish it had been longer. The house is very well equipped and stocked with superior linens and dishes. Our group made good use of the beautifully landscaped yard and the pool and kayaks, and even made the quick drive over to the beach. Our hosts were very gracious and included some welcome goodies and a handwritten note. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area!

Gorgeous riverfront property

Absolutely stunning riverfront property. Perfect combination of quiet Florida charm and entertainment venue for kids - with games and pool kit alongside beautiful river frontage seating. Really friendly neighbourhood. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and had everything covered with some beautiful touches (wash tablets, welcome pack, towels in abundance, access to kayaks and other outdoor kit). This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast - we would come again in a flash. Thank you - the Johnson family (visiting from a very wet UK).

Absolute Oasis!

This home is an absolute oasis. It's so beautifully decorated. Not only is it beautiful, but it's also very clean-- completely spotless. The home is filled with everything you could possibly need, like kitchen utensils, snacks, extra bedding, games and beach items. The outside of the house is also very nice. Our favorite was the fruit trees in the backyard. Seems like the owner had a vision of a warming, luxurious vacation home for families, and it was executed very well. Communication with the owners was great from start to finish. The location of the home is in a private and quiet community and close to all you'd want to do on vacation (shopping outlets, beach, restaurants, grocery stores). This is definitely a magnificent home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood and secluded back yard. We enjoyed taking the kayaks for a paddle through the canals as well.

Perfect

This is the most amazing place and perfect location. The house has a really happy vibe ! We launched paddle board and kayaks ( provided with rental) right off the dock in the backyard, fished from dock , enjoyed and playing air hockey , pac man, and swimming in the pool . Barefoot Beach is just a short drive away and is amazing, the kids found starfish and lots of sand dollars. The kitchen had everything you need , and the best part is that the house was spotless ! The host is awesome. My kids said it was one of the best vacations they have ever had, and I have to agree ! We will definitely be back next year, if not sooner! Thank you Bryan, so happy we found this place !

What a fantastic getaway!

Bryan and Robin hosted a spectacular home away from home. The property is a modern, fully renovated three bedroom, two bath beach house complete with a private screened in pool and river/canal access. They went over the top with a personalized welcome card, snacks, and drinks for the whole family. If you are traveling to the West coast of Florida, I HIGHLY recommend you stay at Bryan and Robin’s house.

What a little paradise!!! Everything with this stay was perfect!!! Quiet neighborhood

The house is absolutely perfect, clean, great layout and no problems with anything. The owners were so nice to me. I have a disabled daughter and they were so accommodating. The house is adorable in a extremely quiet neighborhood with the canal in your backyard. Lots of trees for shading. Within a couple days I knew the neighbors and all the dogs around. It was very hard to leave I wanted to just move in permanently. Thank you for giving me a quiet retreat in this slice of heaven ❤️

Wonderful Family Holiday!

This Bonita Springs home is newly renovated and very tastefully decorated with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. The snacks and refreshments from hosts Bryan and Robin along with a welcome note were a very thoughtful touch. They have thought of many additions for a fun time including books and games, bikes and helmets 2 adult and 2 children), kayaks, paddle boards, life preservers, a beach umbrella and chairs,, small cooler, etc. The kids loved the air hockey table, pac man video games., and ping pong. Additionally, a lot of time was spent in the heated pool and lanai, and we also enjoyed kayaking on the canal and biking around the neighborhood. Several beaches are within a 20 - 30 minute drive and the home is located a short drive from grocery store, gas station, a number of restaurants. and very well maintained Bonita Springs’ dog park. Bryan and Robin are fantastic hosts and very responsive to any guest needs. They could not have been more welcoming or gracious and we truly appreciated their hospitality.

Amazing property

I have rented from VRBO for years and this property is at the top of my list. Impeccable attention to details, the home is complete with high end finishes and the layout perfect for every family. Bryan is an amazing host, and we will no doubt look to rent this property in the future. We loved all of the amenities, the pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking in the canal, and the wonderful banana tree. THANK YOU BRYAN!

SW Florida Getaway

We had an excellent experience. The hosts were very accommodating. The house was clean and spacious. Loved the location on the canal. We could just sit and watch the neighbors’ boats go by. Also, the house was close to the beach and also our family in that area. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.
