Beautifully remodeled house 1 mile from the falls, in the heart of NIAGARA FALLS.
Three bedrooms for 3 queen beds (one with a TV). A bathroom also is available upstairs.
Downstairs enjoy the living room with a big TV and two confortable coaches. Also a beautiful dining room for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen (Pots and pans, plates etc. Fridge, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine etc.)
Outside you have a nice front porch and two private parking spots for your cars on the side of the house.
In the heart of Niagara Falls.
Only 1 mile from the entrance of the NIAGARA FALLS PARK.

It’s less than 10 min from a lot of the sights there and restaurants! House is clean and good size for multiple to stay if need be!

Very run down neighborhood

Property was not very well kept on outside. Trash from neighbors all over driveway. Hedges not maintained, yard needed tended to badly. Really couldn’t sit outside on porch, neighbors smoking something that stunk pretty bad( if ya know what I mean), people would cut through the yard from back side to around the front. Definitely scary! It was definitely an old house, still needs updates.

The house is been completely remodeled with brand-new furniture, new floors, new paint from top to bottom. It has brand-new beds and even though the yard was grown from rain in the spring, you cannot give the house a one star based on that and neighbours who for your information are allowed legally to smoke. We are right next to the hospital and 1 mile from the falls in the middle of the touristic area. If you were in the middle of Central Square, I wonder if you would base the evaluation of the apartment you’re renting on the people you’re meeting on the square.

was a nice vacation

the house was clean and cozy, very comfy beds! the neighborhood was ok. Very short distance to the falls which was the whole point of the trip so that was great!. The book in the home of things to do and go needs updated. overall very nice!!

Good

House was clean.3 bedrooms with comfy beds and couch. Close walk (20 min) to Niagara Falls. Owner responded quickly to questions and tried to be accommodating. Bare essentials provided.- just enough towels, sheets, blankets, 2 rolls toilet paper, spices, coffee. No extras. Neighborhood sketchy, but we had no problems. Bathroom small, esp. if sharing with teens(but not end of world)

Great Home

Check in was simple, host communicated all the instructions a day before. House was clean and offered everything we needed during our stay. My family had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again if we are ever back!

My 3 hour “Stay”

Unfortunately, my reviews to VRBO is over 2000 words, which I don’t think most people will make it to the end. Long story short... the taxi driver and police recommended we stay in after dark. Crime in the area is notable and evident. The inside of the residence is nice, however my daughter located some drugs under the cocktail table. We left after a few hours and got a hotel outside of town. I think a more realistic description of the location is necessary. From what the police department told me, there is contention with the local government regarding locations that should be allowed to rent due to the terrible neighborhoods.

We have unfortunately never heard from you and there is no drug in the house. Niagara Falls is not a fancy town but there was no need to dismiss the entire city. You have chosen to stay out of town and that is your choice. For information there are some areas which are not good to stay at but it is not the case for the touristic triangle which this street is part of. The gouvernement actually proposed to only allow rentals in that area recently. We do not thank you for a very unfair review which is not about our house but your opinion on a city you don’t know.
